I liked almost everything about the property. Just 1 thing happened on our last night where the AC stopped working in our room this happened at around 12 or something i went to the reception area for the same he sended a technician who checked and said it will be fixed in 2 minutes which definitely was not resolved in 2 minutes i can also understand that but we had to go down bcoz the issue was not resolved after 10 minutes also and we were suffocating and we went to the reception area and sat there for almost like 20-25 minutes and later they changed our room at like 1. We shifted everything at that time. I had already informed about my check out timing to the receptionist prior that day only. But at 1 we were shifting our luggage and changing room we had to leave by 5 but bcoz of this we got late and almost on the verge of missing our flight like the boarding started at 6:40 for our flight and we reached there at 6:55 something some how we checked in out baggages ran for the security checking and luckily the chandigarh airport is small we got the flight if the airport would have been in mumbai or delhi then we would’ve definitely missed our flight. Receptionist knew we had a flight he could have given us the room earlier. I already requested before coming that we do not need twin beds but he changed our room to a twin room we really were pissed off but somehow we controlled ourselves bcoz we had a flight to catch I don’t think i will ever be back in this hotel rest the people were nice they gave us breakfast also but not gonna be back ever to this hotel really sorry for this but i hope you improve this.

Expected a far more better experience because i like this hotel but i think not every ITC is that good.

Not an ITC standard hotel. Passable as a 3 star hotel. Has a bar called brio- but no bartender No Gym, will be requested to go to the gym in the mall In room dining orders brought in without cutleries. No drinking water in the room Dusty rooms Substandard service in breakfast Leaking water bottles Jacuzzi in a glass enclosed bath, but the bath has no curtains. Didnt understand the logic for this arrangement. Some of the floors rented/leased in a mall. Room door locks didnt auto close. Etc etc.... No space to walk around. Pictures of the facility is misleading, these are actually pictures of the entire mall. I would have rated it 3 star if it was a 3 star hotel.

Food and service are so good. The staff is very helpful and polite especially the front office team staff. Ms. Baljit Kaur is so good to us. And it make our trip a rememberable.

This is a very comfortable hotel. Miss. Baljit kaur was very helpful. It was immaculate and we enjoyed our stay. The food was great and plentiful. We ordered off the menu occasionally and my kids loved the French fries. The buffet was good at all

Good breakfast options and the hotel had a very hospitable staff. They had good facilities.

The restaurant service could have been better. It took a lot of time on couple of occasions, but overall it was satisfactory

The place was average. We expected certain standards being an ITC group hotel - it disappointed us for that reason.
