Perfecta ubicación
Un poco pequeño el cuarto

the location is fantastic with great views of the ocean.
there is no lift in the property which makes it harder for people who have difficulty in stepping stairs or have luggage to carry

Great location

Great location, next to beach and near town centre
Awful staff. Very rude and abrupt. Arrived at hotel at 22.30 , there were couple of people in bar, assuming locals, so called in to order a drink only to be told it was closed. We did get to bring 1 up to room.
The following morning we went down to restaurant/bar for breakfast. Few tables were set so we sat down to be told we couldn't sit there and to move to other table right next to it. As set tables were for costumers at lunch time. Next morning we ordered coffee and croissants. Told to bring tray up to terrace. Again, some set tables/no set. Because we wanted to sit in sunshine sat down on set table. 2 staff came over to move us again. We refused as didn't want to sit in shade. 1 staff member then began mocking us and using foul language not realising we understood some of the French language. He did apologise for his outburst but our stay in hotel was completely ruined.

Perfect location, even closer to the beach than expected and perfectly central.
Would definitely stay again.

the room looked so much nicer than the photos so we were pleasantly surprised. the view and the location too were also a lovely surprise! we came in low season so all seemed very good value for money
The coffee was fine but it was the only thing that wasn't excellent about the hotel. The parking situation was also a bit difficult. There was parking very nearby but we had to wait a while for a space to become vacant, and it was expensive!

Fabulous location - you can walk in your swimmers to the old port beach in seconds and the main beach in less than 10 minutes - ideal if you are focussed on swimming/surfing. Simple, clean and comfortable room. In mid June the area around the old port was very chilled - less glitzy than around the main beach and town, which was our preference. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. We ate in the restaurant and drank in the bar one night and it was really nice. Breakfast was also good and probably as good a deal as you will get anywhere. Staff were friendly and did not charge us when we had to travel a day later due to a relative falling ill, which we appreciated.

Personnel are very kind:
Very disturbing music coming from the bar, bath towels, size of the room.

Great location; cool staff.

Amazing location, perfect for reaching the main surfing beaches by foot. Wonderful views from the room.
Very small desk in the room, not really suitable for remote working/spending a few hours on the laptop. Hotel is very busy even off-season so difficult to get consistently good customer service and attention from staff.

The continental breakfast was excellent. It's the best croissant, baguette, with butter, jam, juice, and coffee I've ever had. The view was lovely, and the hotel is well located.
I didn't love that the music on the terrace just outside my room played until 10/ 10:30 p.m. on a Sunday night in mid-December when no one was there...

The location is perfect. Fantastic, right next to the sea, Eiffel bridge and walking distance to great cafes, restaurants and the beautiful centre of Biarritz.
The artistic decor and cleanness of the rooms is great.
Dog friendly :)
There is no lift and no one offered to help my sixty-five year old parents to bring their luggage up the narrow steps.
We booked the family suite which was advertised for four adults but the sleeping arrangment is only suitable for a maximum of three adults and one children. Very disappointed when I had to sleep on the single bed and my husband on the pull out bed on the floor! If that had been properly communicated, I would have booked two double rooms instead.
The suite advertises sea view and although one of the windows had a beautiful view of the sea, my window faced another building and a carpark. Again, if that was explained I would have booked two double rooms with sea views. Summary: The advertising of the suite I booked is deceiving and does not reflect the truth. More accurate images of the layout of the suite would be beneficial to avoid future dissapointments.
Breakfast quality was not worth the price,
but the wonderful terrace overlooking the beach makes it worth it :)

The location was perfect, right next to the beach with an easy walk into town. Staff were very friendly and helpful with a good breakfast included.
Although we had requested a quiet room, our room was right next to the restaurant/bar terrace on the first floor. As a result, we had to keep the curtain closed the whole time (as there were people sat at a table right next our window/ bed). The room was a lot smaller than we thought it would be.

Fantastic location, only 3 minutes from the beach. Breakfast was perfect and all service in the hotel came with a smile
Terrace barman was a bit rude and off hand
