Very clean room close to amenities nice staff nothing a bother for them.

The noise from the other guests as a problem i know it was a dance school but really should have been stopped.

was clean and friendly , nicely decorated and great location

All ok. Room was a bit plain but clean and tidy. Tea /coffee facilities in room were good. Could have been a bit more artwork etc in the room as walls were a bit bare. Bathroom Shower was very clean and a good size shower. Staff always checking to see if everything is alright or if you need anything. I will stay there again one day

Room / walls was a bit bare. Not much else to say room was pretty much what I expected. A lift might have been helpful as stairs were a bit steep.

Location couldn't have been better, right round the corner from coral island and across the road from a large car park. Walked to every destination while we were there, no need for driving or public transport, hotel is so close to the sea front and popular attractions. Hotel was modern and so clean! Loved the decor and cleanliness of the hotel and our room. Value for money was a definite! I'm comparison to other hotels, this room was a bargain but also exceeded our expectations.

room was too small for a family of 3 plus it was far too warm in the room. we used the fan that was available but it didn’t help much

Great location in the middle of Blackpool, very friendly staff and full bar available along with pool table to keep kids occupied, breakfast was good value in the morning with full English subsidised with cereal and fruit. Great view of the tower in the family rooms.

Hotel is in middle of town so some late night revellers and noise but nothing to keep you awake all night.
