The hotel did not have my booking when I arrived and I was forced to find other accomodartion. Very disappointing. Lucky the Best Western was still free.

The staff were alright, but that would be the extent of it
The reason I put a scathing review on Google, and ultimately here in Booking.com, is due to the absolutely evident disregard for supervision by the facilitators of the accommodation, I had a guest one or two rooms down from my room (number 14) who, I suspect, was heavily inebriated, playing obnoxiously loud country music from 10 PM (roughly) until 3 AM, when the music finally was reduced to a manageable level, this particular guest (or another for all I know) was smoking cannabis onsite, which I could smell in my room. This would have been avoided and prevented if staff actually did routine checks on their accommodation area, which they did not.
I was more inclined to attempt sleeping in my car but preserved and got through the night, I would strongly not recommend this establishment, not even as a last resort.
(For reference, I knew the accommodation was above a pub and it was a Friday, I was expecting some noise, but not from the accommodation area, which was definitely louder than music from downstairs)

Everything was perfect from check in to cleanliness and restaurant I look forward to staying again
Water pressure is disrupted in shared facilities but it is an old building so to be expected and for the price it’s really an outstanding stay everything is so clean and fresh

Motorbike parking, location to shops and attractions and meals at hotel were all good.
Very small room, some chairs to sit on and better bed would have been an improvement.

I booked a twin Room, it has one twin Bed, TV and one small Sofa - that's all. It does not have any Toilet Facility. Room size is pretty small, not suitable for a couple / family. The common Toilet is far away from the Room and it is not a pleasant experience.

The shower was rather dismal , the hot water in the shower gave out , hot one minute , freezing the next

El lugar se limpia con regularidad, es cómodo y climatizado. El personal es muy amable y sonriente
En el área para preparar la comida, había un fregadero y un microondas, este último estaba oxidado lo cual podría ser peligroso. Recomiendo a los encargados comprar uno nuevo, es increíble ver un aparato tan viejo y oxidado en un Hotel considerando que en Australia no es costoso adquirir uno. Adicional, habían una funda de pan viejo con moho.

Location is convenient .staff were very nice and helpful.bed was comfy.complementary drink was nice touch.enjoyed the seniors meal.
We envisaged the rooms to be larger when they were viewed online.no fly screen on window.

Rather old place. Was placed in room 3. Inside the room with the double bed - appears centrally controlled air conditioning or heating. It was so noisy when it came on and off, and there is no switch to switch it off completely. Didn’t get a good quiet sleep every night.
Shower unit also noisy (hot tap) when turned on.

Location was good. Accessible to the grocery stores. Staff were nice. Housekeeping staffs made sure to clean our rooms when we weren’t there.
The bathrooms were shared. When we booked we thought two couples will be sharing a bathroom but every visitors were sharing it. Expensive compared to the room and services we got in Hobart.

it was dirty, the water would go hot and cold, i found it very uncomfortable to have to share a kitchen with the other guests.

The bed was awesome, so comfortable. However the showers, only 2 and both were a trickle of water, especially when other water must have been, being used at the same time, so then I had to re adjust the temperature constantly
