La proximité du centre histoyy et issue, quartier animé, restaurants très variés à proximité ainsi que les balades sur les rives du Bosphore, personnel très agréable et professionnel, hamman et massages sur place très chouettes!

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. È un palazzo d'epoca curato nei dettagli con un'atmosfera familiare e antica. La camera angolare è molto bella, letto comodissimo, lo staff sempre disponibile e gentile, la colazione ricca :salato, dolce e specialità turche. In cinque minuti a piedi si raggiunge la Moschea blu, in poco più la stazione del tram. Ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze. La via in cui si trova l'hotel è tranquilla, non si sente il traffico. Lo consigliamo senza dubbio. Noi siamo stati molto soddisfatti della nostra scelta.

La prima notte, grazie ad un upgrade un po' forzato, abbiamo dormito in una camera con terrazzo vista Bosforo, bella, per altri magari anche migliore, ma meno vicina al nostro gusto personale, Dalla sera successiva abbiamo soggiornato nella stanza prenotata che ci è piaciuta veramente moltissimo.

Noua chiar ne-a plăcut tot! Camera este spațioasă, foarte curată,fără vreun miros in camera sau baie, lenjeria impecabila, patul imens! Interesantă ideea cu peretele din geam dintre baie și dormitor, felicitări!!! Personalul ospitalier, ne-au ajutat cu locul de parcare. Micul dejun bogat și diversificat. As reveni cu drag!

Puțin cam dificil de ajuns la locație, mai ales când vii pentru prima data.

I stayed here for a week over Christmas, in a Queen room. I could not have been happier or better looked after. The hotel is very well furnished, with traditional furniture in the communal areas but contemporary in the bedrooms. The bed was very comfortable and everything worked as it should. The breakfast range is extensive and very good quality. The neighbourhood is quiet but within easy reach of all the main sights. There is a mosque opposite and the muezzin that recites the call to prayer has possibly the best voice in Istanbul! Above all the staff were wonderful - nothing is too much trouble and they were extremely kind to me. They taught me Turkish, gave me advice, sourced gluten-free bread, told me about their country and made me laugh. Istanbul is an incredible, beautiful city and I am so pleased I visited. Staying at the Arena contributed hugely to a very good holiday. I will be back!

I wish the restaurant was open as it looks wonderful

The room size was good and clean Hotel was close to blue mosque Quick and easy check in. Staff were helpful Shower pressure and water temperature in the family suite was very good.

No iron to use in rooms. If you want to iron clothes, you have to give it to the laundry service (charged) Breakfast could be more varied.

The staff was polite and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. They were really helpful in advising us places to visit and greeted us warmly every time we entered. Rooms were cleaned nicely by the room service.

The turkish breakfast was really nice but would've liked some things added to accommodate those from other countries. There was some items but not a wide range. My kids lived off pancakes and waffles everyday.

The room was not up to the 8.6 rating which we have come to look on as very reliable, but not in this case . Breakfast was not up to 8.6 standard .

The heating did not work in our room but the staff was very helpful and brought us an extra blanket.

It is very near to the tourist attractions. We liked the room, very large and comfortable.

The hotel offers quite an expensive transportation from the airport. Double the price as the standard taxis. And the employees were not helping us nicely to organize the normal taxi. I think the employees could be better instructed to help with the normal taxis for those who don't require their luxury transportation. The neighborhood doesn't have as good restaurants as others. It is clearly very touristic area. So I recommend going to other areas for eating well and not paying much.
