Amazing location & breakfast

Beautiful accommodation, friendly staff at the reception, quiet place

The breakfast was very weak, I would recommend a larger selection of cold meats, cheeses, fruits and vegetables. poor breakfast service. the young staff couldn't even clear the tables.

Very helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms, rich breakfast. Super location on the beach. If you don´t want to pay for an umbrella and chairs on the beach, you can stay (without an umbrella) in front of the area with umbrellas. However, the hotel gives you a better price for a beach umbrella and chairs. Wifi working adequately, for normal use (not for conference calls). Parking was was free in the closed hotel area and also for bigger cars. Great view from the balcony of sea view rooms (front or side view). It´s better to make a reservation at restaurants located around a day in advance, because it was difficult to find a place on the spot.

The hotel's location is amazing. It is close to a lot of restaurants, you can visit the beach for which you can get a free ticket at the reception. The staff is also amazing and really helpful and friendly, you can ask them for anything. I like that you get the discounts for the restaurants around which can make up for no dinner available at the hotel. The breakfast offered in the hotel is really good and you have a lot of options.

I didn't like the sockets in my room - I wasn't able to plug in my devices into some of them, while some of them were quite hard to plug. I was at one of the higher floors at the hotel and Wi-Fi reception was very poor. I had to go to the ground floor for an important meet because Wi-Fi was too weak in my room and didn't work at all at some moments.

Friendly staff, very good breakfast, big enough car parking, hotel easy to find and very close to the beach.

The hotel is in an excellent location. The staff is very friendly, the breakfast is rich and substantial.

Super accommodation almost on the beach. The room with balcony and sea view was great. Friendly staff and free parking. I will definitely recommend.

Room nice, view as expected good, Air conditioner works perfect, breakfast over the expectations, smiling staff. Location also good. Nothing to complain about. No extra charges for parking.

Everything perfect, fantastic value, incredible breakfast, beautiful room, a wonderful, smiling receptionist - so nice to arrive after a long bike ride.

The chairs in the rooms have no cushioning underneath the legs, so every time they are moved upstairs, there's a BIG noise. Yes, also at 6 am. And yes, i sleep with earplugs anyway. The doors BANG shut EVERY time someone enters or leaves. Shame. Otherwise it's perfect.

We enjoyed being on the beach & were able to store our own bikes behind the hotel gates. We loved the breakfast & the staff. Visiting Chioggia with out bikes was awesome and taking the ferries to Venice has worked out great.

More attention should be paid to details like the bottom sheet was not a fitted sheet but all and all great value for money.

Rooms, furnitures and also the bathroom were all new. Breakfast was very good, exceeded my expectations. The staff at the reception were always kind and willing to help.
