The concierge staff were very friendly and helpful with our luggage. The reception team are very friendly and polite

The cleaning service were always late with the cleaning and despite having children ( infant) and requesting nothing changed. They even left some rooms without cleaning. Kindly look at your cleaning staff performance and evaluate those not upto the task as they are affecting the hotel efficiency

Clean, large apartments. Separate pools for apartments & hotel meant pools were not too overcrowded.

Daughter’s booking was not recognised by hotel although booked and paid in advance (not a booking.com booking). Lack of alcohol in area. Poor intra-staff communication. Often messages left with staff in one area, were not communicated to other staff and requests were not carried out and had to be repeated and re-explained several times.

The First 3 nights were awesome because we were given a good room.

The rest of the nights were really bad, the apartment was very tight, no space to walk in the bathroom.
