El patio es precioso con una piscina y plantas, hay cocina bien equipada y muy limpia, las habitaciones muy limpias y bastante comodas. El personal amable.
No hay secador de pelo y la cama pequeña.

Surprisingly nice hotel in Valladolid. The littel pool was refreshing and we got free coffee in the morning. The community kitchen is a big plus if you travel with kids. Close to the city center. We could park the car around the corner.

Location is great, clean and tidy room. Receptionist helpful to book cenote / chichen itza tour for us
We arrived and asked for a safety deposit box as was included on the booking however not one in our room, we received one and staff brought it in and placed it in the wardrobe not bolted down so was not safe. Our room was directly opposite reception, a lot of noise as door was not good quality, wooden with cracks, woken up a lot with people knocking on outside door to check in. Also left items in the main fridge which were stolen. Not the best experience but room was clean tidy and very close walking into main town.

Location. The pool.
The hotel waited for us to arrive - instead of sending a message like they did to know our ETA - to tell us that we wouldn’t be staying with them, but in another hotel completely different from the one we booked, around the corner! That hotel was cheaper in Booking. We were too tired of the journey to start finding another accommodation (and that one was already payed for), so we accepted that one and asked to, at least, be offered the breakfast that wasn’t initially included. The receptionist was very nice, and said she would talk with the manager. The manager denied to offer us breakfast! Unbelievable. We felt deceived. Booking also didn’t present us any plausible solution for this. Travelling around Mexico, decided to book the next hotel directly with the hotel, avoiding Booking that doesn’t seem to be interested in their costumers’ protection.

The location is great. The garden is lovely with a small pool. We stayed 4 nights. We had a familyroom with the 5 of us on the first floor right above the pool.
The room was very spacious with a bunkbed and a kingsize double. Enough room to put our clothes away, a big bathroom (with very impractical saloon-like doors) with 2 showers, 2 toilets, 2 sinks in it. Hot water, towels and toiletries provided. The room was cleaned every day.
The aircon and fans worked.
There was a fridge in the room, which was nice. And you can refill waterbottles in the kitchen.
The mattress was quite soft and the pillows were really uncomfortable.
I saw reviews about stains in sheets, but they look like stains from airdrying (sheets on wood/ rust/ nature). I’ve seen that in most hotels in Mexico and the sheets looked clean.

Close to the center and the bus station. Public transport to chichen itza as well very close.

location
costumers service was horrible. room made a weird noise throughout the night, like a vibration from the piping supplies, someone’s dog was barking in the room, receptionist was never at their desk, always had to wait a long time until they appear.

Location
Booked room was unavailable and we were transfered to the nearby aurore hotel. No change in price (for a much lower quality room). No willingness from staff to cooporate.

Very clean, good location into centre, staff were always helpful.
Explanation of extra costs on day tours wasn’t clear and a bit of a pain to get these refunded back

- nice pool area
- access to the kitchen
- drinkable water available
- our room was facing the road through the balcony and it becomes really noisy because of the traffic
- a bit too small rooms
- although the mattress was great, pillows were uncomfortable

nice hotel, very friendly staff, great location
room had no window and it was next to the reception, so it can get noisey

Extreme nice location, in the center of valladolid
Very big family rooms; comfy beds
Large bathroom with 2 showers and 2 toilets
Breakfast is on site and good
Overall very nice hotel!
The pool in the hotel is very small, you can go to a larger pool in the nearby hotel aurora
The shower heads were very bad! Almost no water came out
We only got 3 towels for 4 people, but this was not a big issue :)

The location is excellent and the parking lot is in the next street as well. The breakfast was ready by the time we ordered.
The room had no window directed to the street, therefore it was quite stifling by morning if you do not want to use the AC during the night.

nice location, nice space, nice room
A bit noisy with the other rooms as soon as someone was outside in the common area.

Beautiful stay with an ideal location from the centre of Valladolid. Room view on the garden was beautiful. Clean, welcoming host and a nice pool.
There was some sound from the surrounding like cars and dogs. But it didn’t bother us.

pretty, clean and near the centre of town. moved to sister hotel as plumbing not working
stored our luggage while we went to Chichen itza
having to move made us an hour behind schedule. breakfast included but too late to get to Chichen itza for opening time ( the reason we stayed in the town)

amazing staff and location, very cute patio with a small pool! the kitchen is great and clean and very practical! coffee and water are always available, which is nice!
the value for money unfortunately is a bit off…our 2 mattresses were both pretty old and laid through, the curtains were torn and not really clean. there were spots on the sheets (I am very sure they didn’t come off in the laundry, nevertheless not so nice…)
The air conditioner either cools the room down extremely, a minute after it is turned off the room becomes super warm again. we also had a problem with the AC, which an employee immediately had a look at but couldn’t fix it. we were not offered any compensation, which was a bit disappointing.
Otherwise a great place, but could be cheaper…

Perfect location, beautiful, cozy little hotel! I would highly recommended it :)
I would suggest better organisation with bfast 🙃 Apart from that everything was perfect

very well located, very helpful and delightfully pleasant staff!
close to street so could be loud but this is no fault of the hotel.

The location is great, modern rooms. There's a small pool in the back of the hotel, but you also have access to the bigger pool and rooftop Jacuzzis of their sister hotel (1 min away walking). Breakfast choice is simple, you have to choose in advance the food and time, then they have it prepared for you accordingly.
We were unlucky as the boiler broke down the morning before our arrival and was not fixed during our 2 day stay.
