The view from the property is really nice and the property is really cool with four nice bedrooms, pool, kitchenette etc.

There is massive construction in the neighbourhood ongoing 7 days a week from early morning to late evening, which was really annoying. The landlords could do a lot better if they had an English speaking person to introduce the villa and the activities around, the current person does not speak English and can not give an overview of the villa etc. You need some kind of transport to get to the beach and the restaurants - we rented some motorbikes (125 cc which were really useful). There are no street lights on the steep roads up to the villa, which makes it a bit tricky to master after sunset since the quality of the road is not great

Little tricky to find but it’s not a big problem

Breathtaking views from all aspects of the villa, particularly the pool deck and master bedroom. The staff was attentive, friendly and super helpful.

It’s a little remote if you don’t have transportation, however quite close to Bophut fisherman’s village when you want some contrast to the privacy offered by the villa

The property had a great layout, but also the most amazing view. The staff were very helpful and attentive. The pool was perfect and the place was secure with a gate.

Since the location is on top of a hill, it is a little difficult to get to with steep roads. The transportation they provided was expensive so it is best to rent a car or a bike.

Top place, top villa, top swimming pool. The road to reach the villa is a bit rough, but the price is the view and the surrounding nature.

Breakfast was the weak element of otherwise a perfect location: average one, you would expect something more rich and with variety of choice. Quite weird to find Nutella and jam half full jars on the table, or a cooked breakfast simply prepared only with eggs and toast!
