Magnifique hôtel avec une superbe vue sur Vltava et le Pont Charles. Une ambiance magique avec un personnel agréable.

J'avais un peu peur de l'exposition vers la rue, mais finalement ce n'était pas de tout dérangeant, aucun bruit !

Top Lage für ein Wochenendaufenthalt. Alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Mit dem Taxi vom Flughafen in ca. 30 Minuten zu erreichen.

Unser Zimmer schon in die Jahre gekommen. Minibar war unbrauchbar, da der Kühlschrank nicht funktionierte. Toilette hatte noch Rückstände vom vorigen Gast.

Very well renovated with quality fittings. Staff were very welcoming and helpful when asking for things to do. Room was better than expected with a great location to all central highlights of Prague. Great breakfast

It was hard to sleep with the noise outside our window. People loudly walking down the street and partying, it sounded like.

Perfectly located for everything. We ran along the river each morning. Ate at amazing restaurants each evening and slept comfortably every night. The staff and the breakfast were amazing.

The staff were lovely. Particularly a lovely staff member called Alina. She was super friendly, funny, witty and helpful! The hotel was a really small one but so close to the river and old town....perfect location.

Unfortunately, we were moved to another hotel due some damage that happened a couple days ago due raining. The hotel personnel was very helpful and moved us to another hotel at no cost.

The decor and the ambience was amazing. Simple yet sophisticated. Everything was sparkling clean. The staff is welcoming. Did not try food so can't comment. Bathrooms were clean and had all required toiletries. Tea, coffee and a kettle were provided. A mini bar was available. The property is walking distance from Charles bridge and old town square.

Hotel should have an early check in facility. The flights dont operate based on hotel checkin time. So in such cases some rooms can be reserved for early checkin. Thats makes a difference between good and best hotels. We had to plead for atleast one check in room. Thats the only bad taste we encountered here. Please plan your journey accordingly.

Location was close to the bridge, and close to several nice areas for bars and restaurants. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We did not like our first room, so they switched us to a nicer room after the first night, which was nice and had nice windows. The breakfast was great and the setting was in a cool area of the building.

Our first room was very claustrophobic, however, they switched us to a different room after the first night. On the booking.com site it looks much nicer than it is. There is an old section and a new section. Most of the photos on the website were of the new section and the rooms are very nice. We were in the old section and the rooms aren't as nice at all, so I felt it was miss-represented. We did enjoy our stay, the room was clean and comfortable, just not like the photos on the website at all.

We booked the Royal Suite and it is a stunning room. Beautifully decorated, new, large, clean and with the most spectacular views of the river and the castle. The in-room sauna was a nice plus. The Hotel itself is a mix of old style and quaint with lots of sitting corners. Location is fantastic.

The hotel was old and not refurbished like the photos show. The room was not equipped according to the description. Breakfast had few choices.

We Liked the location in the "old city" with great restaurants and the Charles Bridge a few km away. Our hotel room faced the Vltava River and Old Royal Place. Fantastic views at night and during the day. Try and stay on the fourth floor facing the river.
