Comfortable bed and excellent bathroom facilities. Lots of useful equipment for making drinks, cleaning, and having snacks.

Unfortunately couldn't sit outside to have breakfast as too cold, so confined to eating in the bedroom, a bit tight for space.

Really disappointed. Did not look like photos on website. Just a spare room at the back of the house. To access you had to walk through a building site and store for rubbish. To provided but could not get at channels. Dog was persistently barking and you can hear everything happening in the main part of the bungalow.

Tidy up access areas, allow channels on to. Only really suitable for cheap one night travel when comfort and facilities not important

We had the most lovely time! Great location, the patio outside was wonderful and felt very private, especially with the private entrance. The room had everything you could possibly need, with toiletries provided and great walk-in power shower. Super comfy bed and duvet. Breakfast was great, and to be included in the overall price made this place even more exceptional value for money. Would very highly recommend! Hosts were fab too, very welcoming! :)

John was a great host. Lovely room and ensuite. Breakfast brought to room on a trolley. Alfresco breakfast in the garden.

Lovely stay at “Wings” accommodation. 10 mins into the centre by foot. As we had visited Oakham before we didn’t need any info of the area but the Hosts were lovely and left us with privacy! Central location,Breakfast was huge, bed comfy, nice big shower, amazing value for money, super easy to park and would definitely book to stay again. Thank you to Chris and John

Lovely ensuite room situated at a very friendly couple's own bungalow. Easy access to completely separate accommodation which was very private. Own key. Delicious breakfast brought to you on a trolley each morning through a connecting door which you unlocked when your breakfast was ready. Very comfortable bed and plenty of space for clothes etc. Excellent selection of tea, coffees etc in a large cupboard and plenty of crockery, glasses etc. Toaster and electric kettle. Great shower and huge ensuite. Many thanks for a lovey stay.
