Modern and pleasant décor
shower heads were difficult to use and the water temperature was not adjustable due to poor taps.
Our room key was not in the key box on our arrival at the hotel. Shows lack of staff attentiveness, and awareness of clients needs.
Other less than satisfactory points would be:
1) Cupboard/wardrobe to small
2) More coat hangers
3) Money safe
4) Hairdryer
5) Either smaller kettle or larger sink as could not fill kettle direct from sink tap.
6) Two bath towels on double occupancy (we were only given one)

Very easy, you pick up the key from a secure box and go to your room. Didn’t even see a member of the hotel’s employees.
Parking is a bit awkward and you need to get up early in order to not get a ticket.

The bed wasnt refreshed on the Sunday morning. The tes & coffee & milk was not replenished.

Bathroom door didn't close properly, bathroom smelt of drains, bedding could have been cleaner, kettle was not clean

on arrival we were a bit bemused with the self check in and looking for the code in the dark wasn’t easy. Initially very impressed with the room, decor and cleanliness
No housekeeping staff. when we asked for more pillows at the restaurant we were told there wasn’t any. we had to go and buy some and make do with what we could get as it was too uncomfortable. No instructions in the room as to how they operate during your stay. we stayed for 3 nights and not one bin emptied or fresh bedding or towels, equally not enough towels for 2 people for 3 nights. No hairdryer or ironing facilities. we were in a loft type room which was so hot and no fans were available.

We had room 9. It was quiet. Effectively unstaffed but most things worked. Felt at home
The hotel is small and recently refurbished. Some of the internal doors are coming away from their frames so the only way to close the is by slamming them. Not good for the door or oeace and quiet. It wouldn't stop me from staying there again. Adjacent car oarking S well.

Fantastic restaurant, well worth a visit. Room was nice, staff answered any questions promptly, and provided extra towels and tea bags when asked! Clean bathroom with a good shower
The mattress wasn't great, and ideally there would have been an iron and ironing board somewhere in the building for guests to borrow upon request

The structural appearance is stylish and new.
Tiny basin with only a cold tap and lack of shelving in the bathroom. Nowhere to hang coats and lack of shelving in the bedroom. A day or two is OK, any longer could be chaotic for a couple to live off the floor. A note to the owner: shower on/off tap is very loose, floor tiles lifting and bathroom mirror is damaged leaving a sharp corner.

Very convenient location in a lovely small town. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. Simple rooms with a simple check in and out.

The room was clean and tidy. The access was easy and the check/in was fine. The hotel is central.
No hot water, hairdryer broken and bed very uncomfortable broken tiles . Noisy both internally and externally. I spoke to the owner after who promised to get the room issues sorted.

Slightly basic check in experience - no reception as such - but again and given the price paid all was acceptable.

The bed was comfortable. I didn't partake in breakfast - I'm not sure the service was provided.
The shower was a disaster. Regulating the water temp down from scalding hot was impossible. The fixture of the shower head did not hold position. I was surprised because the bathroom fixtures were obviously new - just not maintained very well.

Everything, the communication was perfect, the location was perfect, the room was perfect and the hot shower was just amazing.
Only two tea bags, only 2 sachets of coffee and sparse milk.
