V. comfortable and spotlessly clean. Decor was attractive and the host gave good instructions and was very helpful with any queries. The location was very good for exploring Oakham and the area. We would stay here again.

We were surprised there was no teapot nor any kind of jug in the kitchen. Happy to have a dishwasher, but if that is to be used efficiently then a bit more crockery and cutlery is needed . Some smaller plates would have been useful.

So handy to the town. The Air Conditioning was so appreciated with the 34 degree heat! Lovely decor

The only slight weakness was the shower wasn’t very powerful but we just had baths instead.

as soon as you walk in the door it’s excellent. the only issue inside is I prefer a higher water pressure when I am taking a shower. best thing was the air conditioning, I was there during a heat wave and all of travel buddies complained about the hotels not having air.

The entrance by the Chinese restaurant smelled so bad and looked disgusting. better lighting at night.

i could not find the apartment i had tophone to get in the bins inalley stunk on monday we were locked out again nick could not get in after a while he managed to get in he was blaming the sun after that my wife got upset so we made up our minds up leave next day i phoned the co, half a hour later i got a email on the directions and pictures of apartment

couldn’t have asked for a better location, will definitely book again. very neat and tidy and was the place was exactly what I was looking for.

There was a bit of noise from surrounding restaurants and electric box in the passage way that would turn on all hours of the night but closed the bedroom door to block out the noise to solve the issue. A bit of confusion to which apartment the property was as there wasn’t a house number but luckily a delivery guy helped me out.

The accommodation was clean and comfortable.

The outside entrance was shocking, dirty, messy, washing hanging outside, not what we expected. No dishwasher tablets. No dishcloths.

The power and temperature of the shower wasn't wonderful but it did the job perfectly well.

Great location with all amenities close by and a well appointed apartment that was clean and comfortable. Easy access to town centre with choice of eateries etc.

Shower although adequate could be be better. Lots of nice touches, however there was no corkscrew which could have proved difficult. Fortunately many student parties with similar situations avoided any fatalities.

The hist directions for access to tye accommodation unit need to be much clearer. It is very hard to locate access to the accommodation in the first instance - that’s problematic for the day of arrival.

I provided my own breakfast it was Perfect

Nice clean little flat. Excellent base for Oakham, close to all amenities. Well equipped kitchen etc, nice comfortable bed.

The only very minor negative points were the very cheap tasting coffee provided, the shower could do with a little updating and the antiquated storage heaters could do with replacing.

Clean and spacious. Location good for town. Owner responded immediately to set heating for us.

Poor heating, not enough storage heaters. Accesss by metal exterior staircase and very close to railway line. Kitchen appliances very good but poor cutlery and lack of equipment eg bowl/jug to use in microwave. Window to bathroom had gap stuffed with paper and a poorly fitting kitchen door meant very draughty.

The entrance from the parking area was scruffy and unpleasant, with a steep stairway upto the flat

Really convenient to pop out into Oakham for a coffee or a drink. Good location. Spacious lounge, comfy bed, everything you needed in kitchen

Entrance to property round back of shops could put some people off- but once inside not an issue
