Convenient self check in. Nice room with a small kitchen.

Hotel claims they have parking; but they don't. So I had to find a place on the street, renew payment every two hours.. The room is insanely loud. If one of the other guests has the idea to do something crazy such as closing a door; it's loud enough to wake you up.

Expecting basic but disappointed!!! Agents had omitted to supply bedding, mattress cover stained and threadbare, however, a quick message via booking.com to agents. A representative promptly arrived to inspect. Situation compounded neither agents could speak English. Agent removed and supplied clean sheet only. Pillows lacked filling. Agree with other reviews ref kettle. could be perfect budget accommodation with minimal investment.

The promised faculities should have worked. WiFi did not work TV did not work - had no cable something obvious that you can see without turning it on. Kitchenette had no piwer and water. Only microwave worked. Maybe also the coffee maker, but there were no instructions conc. what tabs go buy. No complete utensils in kitchen. One spion, one fork. No butter knife, no knife for bread or vegetables. No knife at all. Door handle of fridge missing making it almost impossible to open without adfitional tool. Dust and objects from previous tenants unxer bed. Fire alarm dismantled and no marked escape routes. Total poaerfailure for no apparrent reason last evening.

The location by the river in the center of Munich is ideal, the size of the apartment (150 m2) is impressive, the hosts were very responsive both by email and by phone.

The equipment is almost non-existent (kitchen drawers almost empty, no glasses), the bedding is worn and uncomfortable, the toilet flush worked very badly, the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Easy to locate. Host provides clear instructions and available to help.

The room did not look at all like what was described in the pics.

Appartment was very dirty. Pillows and duvets were yellow instead of white. Cups and kitchen equipment were the dirtiest. Wifi was not working. There were no staff to comunicate about your problems. Then they forgot to charge me and I was asking them to charge me and take their money. I called and wrote several sms and no answer. Then they just charge me with no answer for all my sms and calls. I wouldn't reccomend. Only the location was good.
