- Coffre inutile car les piles étaient usées - Menage laissant à désirer : pas de serviettes 2 jours sur les 3 passées dans l'hôtel, Cheveux et sable dans la salle de bain pas enlevés au cours de notre séjour - scooters dangereux : le premier essayé avait la roue avant désaxée sans doute suite à un accident, et le deuxième avait des freins très insuffisants. - repas du jour de l'an : les plats n'étaient plus tenus au chaud à notre arrivée bien qu'il soit prévu un buffet jusqu'à minuit, tres cher pour les mets proposés

Great private beach. The pool was nice, clean, and big with a cool pool bar. Very friendly staff all across the property. Very helpful especially the receptionist that checked us in.

The cleaning staff had no patience and rang the bell early every morning to check if we needed the room cleaned. Multiple people, which got a bit annoying.

Room 119, what an amazing view of the pool and the beach. A great atmosphere with very friendly and professional staff are so welcoming. Breakfast was awesome, as is the restaurant. Cold beers by the pool bar. I was so impressed with this resort I would highly recommend this place to anyone. And a ten minute taxi ride into the night markets. Keep up the excellent work to all who work there. Regards Greg

The whole place is run down. Everything is stained and rusted. Holes in couches. Roof is falling off. This place is a dump. I would not recommend this place to anyone. For the amount of money you pay, I would even consider this a resort. Motel 6 is better kept than this place.

The crew on the resort are the best.We faced.some issue with the bungalow but fixed it with a laugh.Really fantastic and thanks to them.

Nice view, and the food was good.

The hotel is an old building, and has not been maintained. The bathroom is covered in mold, ants everywhere, air con leaking and the beds felt damp. We wouldn't stay again.

The views and privacy.

The cost of transportation from resort to places of shopping, dining, beaches and activities for family. The resorts private Beach can't go in because of bad weather.

Doors are not very soundproof. The restaurant was overpriced and not worth the value. The sockets for electricity did not work at all places. In fact only one.... room 207.

Overall a disappointing stay.

Staff was very accommodating and always willing to look for solutions. I lost a personal belonging and the staff went above and beyond to retrieve it. The restaurant provides a good varity of quality food, especially handy when travelling with family members with picky food preferences!

Tours are provided, but mostly in group setting. Private tours are typically not attractive in pricing (>5M VND). The beach contains a lot of trash and smelt like boat oil. There is a fishing harbor a few kilometers downstream that causes this. Neighboring resorts will likely have the same issue. I would expect more luxury/finishing/facilities for the indicated pricing. As example: bathroom tiling is chipping, closets do not contain more than the woodwork (limited amounts of shelves/hangers), improper lighting during the night at the bungalows (from main track to individual bungalow).

Beautiful clean place and great service

The garden villa was spacious and clean.

The toilets lost water at times, the bedsheets weren’t changed until asked. late checkout was an issue as the reception kept phoning to remind of the time again and again. The gym was under equipped for a 5 star property and the food at the restaurant was below quality.

We booked a villa with a private pool. Room was spacious and clean, and the pool was always well maintained and water temperature was perfect! Staff was so accomodating and helpful, they even organised a surprise in our room for a special occasion without our request.

Hotel isn't baby- stroller friendly. Lots of stairs everywhere. One of the pools wasn't available. There were days when the sea was very dirty and full of plastic bottles and other garbage.

A bit far from the town center Duong dong. Taking a taxi there would be just fine but we wanted to walk and it was about 5 km to walk there.

the property was in need of a deep clean in our room 205 for stains to sinks floor bath and some furnishings
