Location is perfect, right opposite train station (West)

No AC, Poor fan syetem, small rooms, awefully small shower, no fridge in the room, literraly have to beg for ice at reception when tempretaures are late 30S Staff usually are pleasant and willing to help but what can they do without the hotel infrastructure and support Checked out at 9AM ON 25th August and lady at the reception was the worst face for the business. Rude to speak the least. She had compromised all the good work by other staff.

The hotel made me feel at home. Great location to walk everywhere in Interlaken. Just across the road from the train station and bus stop. Nice and comfortable room and friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast was great and the mountain view from breakfast room is awesome.. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We had a double room and got 2 beds pushed together (which is fine & common) however there was a wooden frame separating the beds making it uncomfortable. Also very noisy from others staying in the hotel.

The receptionist greeted us with smiles and chocolate! Great start to the stay. We loved the hotel as it was close to public transport and looked right up at Harder Kulm. We loved the free breakfast we were provided and the stairs were easy to walk down when we couldn't be bothered waiting for the lift!

Honestly nothing. We loved our little hotel room and we loved the staff who were really eager to speak to us and see if they could offer any suggestions of what to do in Interlaken.

We liked our room view very much ,the staff were wonderful and had even helped planning our trip , all of them were really nice especially the gorgeous Joanna and Marcel . Thank u

Location is perfect and near everything. the staff were super friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay is great and we are comfortable. it was very nice chatting with them the first day we got there. we really felt we are welcomed.

i just wished if it was a mini fridge in the room for kids snacks.

Location was very good for Interlaken West. Really close to the train station, bus stop and shopping area. Room was very fined sectioning, effective usage of overall areas. The staffs were very nice and helpful from the receptionist to maid. Very appreciated these.

May be just the time I stayed, the room was very recently renovated with some painting smell from the bathroom's door. It should be better in couple weeks.

The station is just opposite the hotel, and it takes less than a minute to walk there! There are many shops and restaurants around, very convenient!

No
