Beautiful oasis in the sacred valley. Whole hotel felt so secluded and relaxed, with beautiful grounds. Rooms were large and cosy, with fireplaces and massive bathrooms. Breakfast was lovely each morning, dinner at the hotel was really top standard and staff were lovely. Plus all the profits go to supporting the school so you feel good for staying there!

The hotel has a fabulous location near the mountain and surrounded by trees. It is situated a long way back from the main road road passing through Urubamba in an very quiet location. The gardens are beautiful and the whole place has a feeling of peace and tranquillity.
The room was incredibly spacious , very comfortable and well appointed. The bathroom was enormous , the shower perfect and everything worked well.
The room had a wonderful balcony overlooking the garden where we were able to have a beer and dinner. In the morning we were awakened by lovely birdsong.
The staff were very welcoming and helpful.
We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to anyone. In my opinion it is certainly a much more pleasant alternative than staying in what was a very overcrowded Ollantaytambo.
The breakfast was a real disappointment compared to other hotels and homestays in Peru. Maybe it was just a one off and not typical but it was certainly a meagre affair.

It is an amazing place! The people there are so kind, the food was great (make sure to have lunch here) and the rooms are amazing and so cozy! The foundation for the school is such a great project that should be supported! Ask for a tour and a talk on the project while your there.

This place is amazing!! If you are looking for relaxation, and to recharge, this is THE place to do it. The grounds, the staff, the setting, all perfection. They will help you with anything you ask... Taxi's, tuk tuks, box lunches, pizza delivery! Nothing is too much. Rooms are spectacular, bedding and beds exceptional. And the place is so quiet and peaceful. Fantastic stay!

The place is beautiful and surrounded by nature. The room is very spacious and the hotel has a very nice mission. However, I think it would be good to highlight some points so that they can improve.
There is a school at the front of the hotel and the noise is SO loud that you can not work or do anything. I was expecting to work during the morning while having breakfast but was almost impossible. In addition to that, the wifi works poorly (specially in the rooms).
The room was gorgeous but unfortunately was very cold and I couldn’t use the jacuzzi because there wasn’t hot water, nor the fireplace as the room got plenty of smoke and the fire turned off quickly.
This feedback was shared with the owner of the hotel and she was nice but couldn’t resolve any of the things. Hope the feedback is helpful as the place is not cheap, and also it has great potential to improve and be more proactive on these things.

Las Casitas del Arco Iris is a magical place. Stunning grounds rain or shine. Wonderful staff and peaceful energy. Large rooms with plenty of space but fireplace to make it cozy.
The entrance through the school grounds was initially surprising but once we learned more about the mission it made total sense.

This hotel is one of the most wonderful places I've ever stayed. It's hidden away in the valley surrounded by nature and mountains. You stay in a beautifully decorated bungalow with every detail made to perfection. The staff were super nice and went far and beyond to make us feel at home. The food is also amazing and top quality. Plus it's nice to know the money also goes to the school!

The rooms are very comfortables and with the fireplace romantic and warm in the night. It is very quiet around and only the sound of birds and wind to listen. The breakfast consists of fresh fruits or juice with eggs prepared as you wish and some local made bread and mermelade which you can eat on your own terrace or the restaurant, both are beautiful and quiet. There are books and games you can use during the stay.
The distance to the town is a bit far but the motocycles take you for 5soles (some 10soles) to the hotel/center of Urubamba. Some are more expensive as they do not like to drive up the bumpy way to the hotel. We took the motocycle just to bring us to the entry point on the main street and walked the rest (up hill, after a hiking day an extra effort). Ask in advance for a breakfast to go, we were quite late and we got a juice an apple which was not fresh and a banana.

The place is integrated to a children's foundation/school.
With staying in this place you are sleeping with a good purpose, because this helps to finance it.
The staff was really great.
The rooms as well,we had a really big room with big bathroom and fireplace in front of the bed.Nice!
The garden is also looking good and is smelling great from the flowers and plants
The food could have more variety.
The Wifi worked poor in the room
