Small rooms

Everyone was friendly and helpful. I had problems with the plane ticket and they gave the correct number to call. Food was simple but plating was impressive.

The location is great. Close to the mall. The breakfast is okay.

There is no cable tv. There is no electric kittle. They only give you one room key everytime you go out the room is hot. There is no electric kittle for a morning coffee. The price is 4star hotel but the hotel is only 1 star. There is no window which on my booking it says a mt.mayon view. Room is not really spacious.

The location is very convenient and price is affordable.

We have a free breakfast but the food is not hot and the there is no variety of menu to choose from. No hot choco for kids, no soup. 2nd day bfast the water boiling container malfunction. Everyone was not able to have hot drinks especislly that there is no soup available and its raining and its cold.

All the staff should know na may naka accommodate sa bawat room. Someone tried to open our room door several times so natakot ako. Sumilip ako sa peephole, staff pala nila. I opened the door, nagulat sya then she kept on apologizing kasi ang sabi raw sa kanya i-open nya yung room na yun. Nakakatakot lang. Sana di na maulit yun.
