가격대비 모든 시설이 마음에 듭니다. 두바이 홍수 사태 때문에 대중교통은 이용하지 못했지만 공항까지 환승 한번에 갈수 있을것 같습니다. 역과 호텔이 매우 가깝습니다.

직원들은 친절하나 투숙개들 새치기에 체크인 하는데 시간이 오래 걸렸습니다. 번호표를 배부하면 시간 단축을 할수 있을것 같습니다.

هذا الفندق أقيم فيه منذ افتتاحه فهو مكان الذكريات لي ولعائلتي ولقد مر بإدارة ثلاث شركات الاولى تريدرز وتحت ادارة مجموعة شنغريلا وهي افضل مراحل هذا الفندق وأروعها بكل مافيها واستمرت تقريبا 10 سنوات الثانية ادارة فنادق بست وسترن وكانت جيدة ولكن لم ترتقي إلى مجموعة شنقريلا رمادا كانت ممتازة ولكن لم تصل إلى ادارة شنغريلا

ازعاج المراقص آخر الليل عدم توفر تكاسي قنوات التلفزيون محدودة وبعضها لايعمل

Breakfast was good

THe bar downstairs was a rip off. I went in for 1 drink which should not have cost more than 30 dirhams. To my shock, I got a bill of 200 dirhams - 100 dirhams for the drink and 100 dirhams for "Table Charges". When I asked why, they said I occupied a table. So is one expected to stand? Another waiter told me it was for the fruits they had served. (something I did not ask for)

The rooms were very comfortable. Bathroom was also very nice. A very nice hotel and the location is fantastic as it is only 2 minute walk from Abu Bakr Al Siddique metro station.

Since the hotel was outstanding, nothing was bad.

The personnel was really accommodating, especially when you needed something from them. Mr. Ripon, the lifeguard, is very accommodating and makes sure that all safety precautions are in place before you use the facilities.

Room Size and Staff

The breakfast was excellent especially the Indian tea. The variety was great. The staff were so helpful. We were leaving early in the morning and they gave us takeout breakfast.

Cleaning staff were very nice

There is a moisture issue in the rooms. The rooms smelled mouldy. The towels had a brown mark. I could not adjust the ac. This is more of a 2 star hotel. But I paid too much for it. The staff was great like the overnight baggage man and the cleaning staff were the best. They need dehumidifiers and new carpets.
