The location was the best part and the facilities in the property were great.
Obviously the stairs are a bit of a struggle with your luggage, and we also found the apartment noisy at times from the street and restaurants below. Ok for us though as we’re heavy sleepers.

Penthouse E was 67 stairs up (counted). One of the doors was missing the latch. The restroom sink was slightly clogged. Nothing that was unexpected.

The place is wide and clean, cosy and good. Ample space in the kitchen for us to cook our meals.
The stairs are the only disadvantage, too many stairs, not very convenient for families bringing 3 to 4 luggages.

Everything was clean and comfortable! We were very close to a tube stop and many great restaurants and shops. The only negative was the number of stairs. We were on the top floor which made for QUITE a climb (with four suitcases and after a long day out on the town!)

Once we managed to get in and settled it was great, plenty of room, very clean and very central
Our apartment was to be ready after 15.00, i's up 3 flights of steep stairs (as it says in the description) we knew that, but our thoughts were, once we were there that was fine. We are two elderly Ladies, we struggled one large case and two smaller ones up the stairs, tried to get into the apartment but door code didn't work. This was 16.30 an hour and a half after check in time. We contact the lady and she said apartment wasn't ready to go away and come back in an hour! We didn't so had to sit on the stairs to await her arrival which was about 15 minutes then had to wait for apartment to be changed over.
