Widok zapiera dech w piersiach. Hotel jest na wzgórzu, oddalony od wielu miejsc, ale ma to swój urok - my wypożyczyliśmy z hotelu skuter i nam to nie przeszkadzało. Blisko znajdują się przepyszne restauracje oraz sklep. Personel jest miły i pomocny.

-Niektóre meble w hotelu są podniszczone. -Na terenie całego hotelu występuje problem z zasięgiem.

I stayed in an executive suite and the accommodation was superb - the room was massively spacious and had everything I could possibly need for a luxurious stay. Bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable and having a personal terrace / outdoor eating area and little pool just for me was a real bonus. The restaurant, with its incredible sea views served an excellent range of food and the staff throughout the whole resort were superb, consistently going out of their way to provide a top-quality experience. Many thanks for a lovely stay.

Many reviewers have mentioned the location of the property as being a negative. I can see how a little forward planning was needed but it wasn't an issue for me as whenever I was planning on going 'offsite', it was easy enough to make arrangements to get down from the mountainside location. One or two features within the rooms are beginning to show their age (little touches like marks on mirrors and scratches on doors etc) but these are purely cosmetic and did not impinge on my enjoyment of my stay.

Roomy, comfortable, modern. 'Million dollar' view from the condo with a great patio. Nice restaurant and ample swimming pools. Also a nice gym which was very convenient to our room.

The location lends itself to a different Koh Samui experience. You need a car to get around and it's a bit of a drive to get to anywhere. Also, as it's on a mountain, Google Maps doesn't work (as we've noticed for other mountain destinations in Samui). Call the hotel first and get directions 'old school' style.

Wir hatten eine richtig schöne Aussicht. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker und das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und nett.

Wir hatten 2 Nächte gebucht. Unsere gebuchte Executive Suite hatte leider ein Problem mit Insekten im Bett. Diese hatten sich wohl im Bettkasten eingenistet und sind von dort aus rausgekommen. Das ist uns allerdings erst gegen 22:30 Uhr aufgefallen. Da die Rezeption leider nur bis 22:00 Uhr arbeitet mussten wir somit die Nacht auf dem Sofa verbringen da es einfach zu eklig war im Bett zu schlafen. Wir hatten dann aber Bilder an die Rezeption geschickt und haben am nächsten Tag ein gratis Upgrade auf die Garden Suite erhalten. Diese war sehr groß und sauber. Alles in allem hatten wir einen holprigen Start aber dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt dort.

The only thing is the climb up the mountain, but without it you would not have all the good things!

The room was very spacious, with a separate living room and bedroom. The on site restaurant had a diverse menu and the food was good, if a little pricey.

The location was not easily accessible. Even though a truck taxi was available, it was not a safe or comfortable ride to the bottom of the hill. The road was narrow and winding and dangerous during rain, which stopped us from leaving the hill more than once. Food prices seemed a bit high. We had 3 power outages on 2 nights & if we hadn’t had our phones for a flashlight would’ve been unable to move. We were told there was a short circuit causing the outage(s).

Strom fiel jeden Abend aus und man konnte niemand erreichen, in einem 5-Sterne Hotel absolut nicht akzeptabel. Es kam auch keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung.
