Collecting the keys was not good experience. Lady at reception looked very arrogant, and her behavior/questions were not professional.

اللوكيشن بموقع بوكينق خطأ واستمرينا اكثر من ساعتين ولالقيناها واخذنا تاكسي ووصلنا له. اخدم نفسك بنفسك بهالمكان حتى النظافة. الصراحه مايستاهل هالمبلغ .

The location was perfect for the water lovers.Pool was perfectly clean and the property was steps from the private beach.. lifeguards were polite and always ready to help.

The flat is huge and very well maintained. The sea view is great. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are beautiful and very clean. The staff is very kind and professional. They are so helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The beach is very nice and clean. It was holidays but beach was empty and it was pleasant.

Very nice location and good privacy. A true family place for holidays. Cordial staff making it more impressive. In house mini cart store has everything which is needed to anyone.

Noting particular. Only exterior paint of building can be more richer considering location and services available.

Receptionists were extremly kind and helpful, they were always ready to help in any situation. The apartament was very comfortable and clean. Very well equiped (coffee machine,cooker, fridge, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine including washing powder and dishwasher caps, towels and beach towels). The view from the balcony was amazing, water in the pool always warm and clean.

Everything was great

Location was fantastic, with private beach and views of Atlantis the Palm and Royale. we had very good views of new years fireworks. The kids loved pool and beach access. There is a mini mart on ground floor which was convenient for last minute groceries. Overall very pleased with our stay

Great value for money, big size, beach was wonderful as not busy and overall a great apartment. Will def stay again.

Apartment was great but know traffic in the palm is crazy so you need to add time to your travel around Dubai.

Very friendly staff which is in general rear. Always ready to help and give suggestions. Location on the Palm is good if you only plan to stay in this area. For sightseeing pretty far away from as you need min 30 min + to get to any destination.

The corridors had a little bit a bad smell. Kitchen facilities could be a liitle better but in general in a good condition.

Pis , eski , pansiyon dan kötü berbat bir tecrübe oldu kliması bozuk oda verdiler , değiştirmek istedim yapamadım ekstra para verince yaptı lar palmer kalınabilecek en pis ve berbat yer , korkunç bir deneyim

There is no close by Restaurants and the in house Grocery very expensive

We booked for 8 Persons they should offer a suitable place , when at the Hotel found that they are offering 1 Bed apartment to stay for 8 Persons then we had to rebook a 3BED Villa at extra or double the cost @ night 2 PM which was very awaked

Staff communication can be better over phone call. Face difficulties in communicating.

The size was wide and very comfortable with enough number of restrooms and sitting areas..

The cleaning option is per request with additional charge. No refill items!!

Lovely residence in a perfect location on the Palm Jamierah

Great place, fantastic location - at the very end of the Palm Jumeirah. A nice mini market on the first floor, where you can get pretty much everything. Clean rooms, bathrobes and slippers. Coffee-maker. Thank you guys! Look forward to staying with you again in the future!

There could be more sunbeds on the beach. And it is a pity that the guests are allowed to swim only within the area designated by buoys.

Lidt en omstændig check-in. Da der skulle betale depositum. Deres link virkede ikke, men de insisterede på at der skulle betales depositum. Vi tjekkede ind kl 03:00 om natten, så der kunne man måske ha’ været lidt mere lempelig
