Quite location, great flat garden, secure for my dog. Good size rooms, well equipped kitchen. Nice space to relax.

Bedroom above the lounge, couldn't sleep if anyone was watching TV or was still downstairs talking. No WiFi in the 3rd bedroom. Pool area needs serious tidying, leafs and fruit falling in to the pool. We had to clean the pool if we wanted to go swimming because when we took the cover off everything fell back in to the pool. Also don't think it was heated.

Bathroom.

Property generally neglected. Beds unclean. Mezzanine mattress too hard. Spent the afternoon hoovering up pubic and dog hair in all bed clothes, mattress protector, blankets and both bathrooms. Downstairs toilet seat covered in hair, had to clean it before use. Barbecue U/S because completely rusted. TV unwatchable because poor signal. DVD player didn't work, it looked about 20 years old. Given a replacement but had to put new batteries in remotes. Host brusque, unfriendly, inattentive, rushed and disinterested. She had no time for us. When we returned the keys at the end of our holiday she didn't even wish us a safe journey home. Pool and slide looked unclean so didn't feel comfortable using it. Initially no heating and no hot water. Set on low temperature on cold evenings. Host brought in wood for the log burner but that soon went out and caused a smoky atmosphere. No instructions about waste disposal/recycling. When asked about this, the host was curt. There was a folder in the living room regarding house instructions but when opened it was blank.

Perfect location, lovely garden, comfy sofas, comfy beds, lovely bathroom, peaceful setting

It would have been handy to have a broom and dustpan and brush to keep the floor clean as we had the dog with us. We couldn't work out how to assemble the vacuum cleaner.

The rooms were spacious comfortable and well designed. The bathroom on the ground floor was lovely a nice deep bath and a shower with a choice of shower head.

I did not like driving up or down the road, it's a single track road with a sharp bend at the end.
