The rooms are quite sizable for Tokyo. The location is excellent; you’re near the very crowded and touristy area near the Sensoji temple but far enough so that you’re not bothered by the crowds. You’re near multiple metro stations so easy access in and out the airport. Nice bath and bath products.

Staff weren’t very friendly nor particularly helpful. It would be so easy to say hi and bye when people walk by the reception. The rooms are not very practical : only one hook for towels, not much practical shelf or hooks once you’re in the room. And because there are two double beds that doesn’t leave much room for your suitcases. Not amazing value for money.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous choisissons cet hôtel qui se trouve dans notre quartier préféré de Tokyo. Les chambre sont belles, bien équipées et la localisation est parfaite.

Beds were comfortable

I assumed that all rooms in this hotel would have a ryokan-style bathtub, which was the main reason for booking this hotel. I was looking forward to relaxing in a bigger and deeper tub at the end of each day. However, to my disappointment, our room had a very small tub. When I inquired about this with the staff, they explained that it was "ryokan style." Had I been aware of this beforehand, I would have chosen a hotel that offered more convenience in terms of location. It's unfortunate that my expectations were not met in this regard.

露天風呂は子どもたちが喜んでいた。 ベッドを隙間なく置いてくれたのはありがたかった。 小さい子どもがいる家族には居心地のいいホテルでした。

少し料金が高い。もう少し安ければヘビロテしたい。 立地的に駐車場がないのは仕方ないかもしれないが、定型駐車場は欲しいのは正直なところ。

Great staff, the room was spacious with a nice view on Tokyo. Great and easy access to the subway stations. Breakfast options were good with nice portions. I recommend it.

Being mid winter it was just too cold to enjoy the outdoor bath. Love to come again in another season. The price for breakfast felt high for a family of 5 on top of a decent room rate - but we found an easy breaky from 7/11

Chambre incroyable, balcon avec vue sur la SkyTree, bain extérieur hyper propre (bravo le cleaning staff, la chambre était parfaite. Ayant bossé dans l’hôtellerie moi-même, j’étais ravie?. Vraiment un magnifique séjour. Le personnel aussi très accomodant, m’a aidé pour avoir un gâteau d’anniversaire, prêt dans la chambre avec bougie etc. Merci à l’équipe de ProStyle Ryokan, nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour. J’aimerais revenir pour les feux d’artifices de la Sumida !

Well-situated, close to a metro station (about 5-7 minutes away on foot). The staff was very nice and helpful. The hotel and rooms were nice and clean.

It would’ve been nice to have an air humidifier in the room, the air was pretty dry without it. The double room is half room space and half bathroom space so the room is quite small for two people with luggage being around. The bed was ok inside a but a firmer mattress would have been definitely better.

The bath salt in amenities is a heart warming touch. The breakfast as well, both western and local styles are delicious. Professional and helpful staff members, fluent in English. Great attention to details, comfy soothing environment, spotless clean rooms. Efficient location for sightseeing, dining, shopping and transport.

We had two rooms. One was larger and was great with suitcases. Had a window. The other room was a bit smaller and my mom and daughter shared a small double bed with no opening window. They felt a bit claustrophobic...it was our first night in Japan and at that time not yet used to the smaller beds/rooms. Both rooms were super clean. A nice mix of Japanese culture and modern western hotel. We walked from rail station at night with suitcases. That was okay on a dry night (no rain)- about 10 minute walk. Only 3 minute walk to fun night market and magnificent shrines.

Small room was a bit stuffy as window did not have transparent glass and did not open. Air conditioning did work though.

Top class, spacious bedrooms. Bath on balcony is a fabulous touch. Really nice staff that helped us to book restaurants and made our stay very special

Not in the most fun part of town for younger travellers. But near a metro and plenty to enjoy in the local area too

Wi-Fiの設備も含め値段と釣り合わないかと。施設内にコインランドリーなどもないのもマイナス点。また、浅草寺から近いということですが、浅草寺の奥からの距離のため結局駅から歩かなければならないのでアクセスも良いものではないです。さらに、スタッフさんの対応もブッキングドットコムさんを通じて連絡しないと動かないのは如何なものかと。

Non è un ryokan quindi già di partenza c'è qualcosa di sbagliato. L'hotel ha una sola stanza con una vasca che può essere utilizzata solo da chi soggiorna e prenota quella camera. Non ci sono altri spazi con bagni comuni come in tutti gli altri ryokan ed il servizio che viene chiamato SPA offre solo dei massaggi. Stanze piccole, spazi mal distribuiti. Non abbiamo richiesto il servizio di pulizie ma solo il cambio degli asciugamani, ma il giorno che abbiamo lasciato esternamente un cestino da svuotare non ci è stato cambiato e abbiamo dovuto riportarlo in stanza pieno. Nel complesso non lo consiglierei perchè non offre quello per cui si "vende" e quindi rapporto qualità-prezzo non è soddisfacente. Se modificasse il nome della struttura forse rispetterebbe meglio le aspettative di un luogo semplicemente accogliente e pulito.

Das Bad ist für japanische Hotelzimmer Verhältnisse groß. Das Bett war gemütlich und es war sauber. Schön fand ich die Möglichkeit zu haben entweder zu Duschen oder zu baden, nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag in Tokyo tat das Baden sehr gut. Die Lage ist SUPER - zum Tokyo Skytree ist es nicht weit, viele Restaurants in der Nähe, viel Sightseeing in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Leider keine verstau Möglichkeiten für die Kleidung.

El alojamiento se ve un lujazo, muy limpio y la habitación al estilo japonés es muy bonita. El baño está perfecto.

La habitación tenía una salida de aire frío constante. El aire acondicionado / calefacción no era intuitivo, y no se podía programar, y no tenía mando a distancia . Por el cristal de la ventana entraba bastante frío, y era necesario dormir con la calefacción puesta toda la noche, lo que no es agradable ni sano para dormir. El extractor de aire de la ducha no se podía apagar y se mantenía encendido varias horas, hasta que se apaga solo.

The location is close to multiple landmarks. The rooms are wonderfully comfortable.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The staff were lovely and extremely accommodating, spoke good English and helped us send our suitcases onwards with ease. The rooms were spacious for Japan but still traditional looking. There was a wardrobe and the room was very quiet, we didn’t hear a single guest during our stay. Would highly recommend. The entire hotel had a very chill vibe.

It’s a bit of a walk from the tube stations - around 10 mins.
