My room was consistently spotless, with thoughtful touches like Turkish delights left with each cleaning, enhancing the experience. The dining experience, especially at the rooftop restaurant, was exceptional, offering breathtaking views and exquisite meals that showcased the best of local flavors. The staff, particularly Jeren and Rabia, were the highlight of my stay. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made me feel incredibly welcomed and valued. My stay was outstanding in every aspect, from the impeccable cleanliness and gourmet dining to the exceptional service by all staff members. This hotel truly stands out as a memorable destination, and I eagerly anticipate my next visit.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Personal am Empfang und auch das Reinigungspersonal waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Super cold bathroom

Wonderful hotel and excellent attention. The breakfast is awesome, very complete. Everyone is very friendly and ready to help. Even on out last day, when we left the hotel very early to catch our flight, Joseph went out of his way and offered us some coffee to take on our taxi ride.

The level of service from the staff, from the reception, the restaurant...everybody is just going the extra mile for you to make your stay more than pleasant. Cagri and Halil make sure everything is perfect, taxi, luggage, umbrellas, tips for going outside, you name it they know it. And this is for all the staff and management: Thank you for your great hospitality!

The hotel is excellent, but there is a temporary construction site across the road that will be finished soon. However, it is not so much bothering as the staff compensates for this in a tremendous way. Not a problem for the stay.
