This place had everything you can think of! We loved the hot tub and the back patio. The layout of the house is perfect. The only improvement I would suggest is maybe a Murphy bed, futon, or inflatable sofa bed in the office instead of the small foldout bed that’s there. But other than that, this is one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in.

When we return to Tampa we plan on staying here again. The Kitchen was well stocked for cooking, all appliances were new and worked well. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels both for indoors and the hot tub. Wonderful home! We highly recommend!

This property was one of the most comfortable places we have stayed..small, but very nicely appointed. The owners clearly care and have made the effort to go above and beyond to anticipate the needs of their guests. The screened in back yard was delightful as well! Lovely vibes!

Perfect size for our family of 5 for a quick trip to Tampa. Quick drive from the airport. Had everything we needed for a day trip to Clearwater Beach. Stocked Keurig k-cups were a huge bonus since we arrived late and couldn't make it to the grocery store. The house had everything we needed and was very clean, organized, and stocked. The neighborhood was very quiet. Would highly recommend!

Immaculate property, beautifully decorated, extremely well thought out in all the items included for your use while there. Responsive communicator and quickly resolved minor issue -- dead batteries in the safe. The sauna pool and firepit area was our favorite gathering spot. Quiet neighborhood and would definitely stay here again!

Great communication from owner and excellent problem solving. Would definitely rebook if I were in the area for business again.

This house was super clean and nicely decorated. It had all of the things we needed and much, much more! They had beach essentials which was very nice since we flew to Tampa. There were so many extra touches that made this house pleasant including phone/watch/AirPod chargers, toiletries (toothpaste, mouthwash, lotion, makeup remover wipes, etc), and more. I’d definitely stay here again.

Property was exactly as described. The attention to detail in the decor, welcome note, and bottle of champagne was amazing and the host responded immediately when we had a question. Awesome service and property, just minutes from area beaches and restaurants…definitely recommend!

The house was amazing...the pictures were spot on and everything looked as expected. The extra thoughts were fantastic from boogie boards, to lots of robes. Several people from the group had stayed at VRBO's before and been disappointed, not this time, everything was perfect and the hosts were great.

Wow! All we know is that this property has set the bar very high for any future rentals by us! EVERYTHING you could possibly think of was supplied for our stay (and we VRBO a lot). Having lived in TPA for 6 years, we were thrilled to be near Hula Bay and picnic park. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We had an awesome time visiting spring trainings, beaches and just seeing everything the Tampa/St Pete Area has to offer. At the end of a long day it was always great to know we were heading back to such a nice home filled with so many amenities. The beds were very comfortable, the open kitchen/living room area was great, and the hot tub was fantastic.

We have been staying in rental properties in FL for several years. This place is the nicest by far! The host is super responsive, the place is very clean and they make sure you have everything you need for the beach, cooking and relaxing.

I stayed at this property with 3 friends (4 total) for a girls weekend. The property and location was perfect for this type of get together. We enjoyed the screened in backyard with hot tub, the living room had a large TV to watch movies and just talk. The host made us feel at home with a welcome bottle of champagne - was a great touch! There are several restaurants and bars within a few miles for nightlife. The area was safe for outdoor walking and jogging also. Definitely would stay here again if returning to the area.

This owner has provided a very welcoming home with all the extras! I would rent again anytime without hesitation. The outdoor area was one of my favorite spots to relax with my favorite beverages.

This house has everything in the pictures and was run by a professional. The Deales have everything orchestrated and are great about being in touch. As long as you have a car and are willing to drive, this rental is well worth the price.

We last minute changed our plans from Treasure Island to Tampa and found this FABULOUS find to celebrate my dad’s birthday as well as my grandma’s 80th birthday in style. Michael and Paige’s place was the cleanest, most welcoming and homely feeling place we’ve ever had the pleasure of staying. I cannot find the right words to describe this place. It was beyond beautiful and honestly, I would not have been the slightest bit pissed if I had to pay more to stay here because the money was well worth the stay. They really put thought into every little detail, down to the labels on all the cabinets so you knew which one to open to get to whatever you needed and didnt have to go crazy trying to find anything. If you asked me to try to find anything negative about this place, I genuinely could not. 100% know exactly where we will be staying should we find ourselves back in the area.

The home felt comfortable and inviting. Not too big not too small . The beds were very comfortable. So it gave you a great night sleep. Items were marked so you could know what was for what ( light switches). Hot tub and patio was the bonus!

After flying for two days with the whole family, arriving to a home with everything stocked and ready was a huge stress relief. We would stay again.

We came here for a wedding with my in-laws and 21yr son and had a wonderful time. The place was well equipped, clean, and the spa pool was bonus. We enjoyed lounging in that during our down time. Great hosts! Would highly recommend!!!!

I needed a three bed house nearish to Bush Gardens and this was perfect for the location and had the one thing we really wanted...a hot tub. However, I didn't realize they didn't keep the "spa pool" heated and in 45 minutes it only went up 2* from 89* to 91* so it doesn't quite meet the description of hot tub. They also don't allow it past 100* ... Not that you'd ever have time to get it that high, but it also keeps it from being a hot tub. This is our only issue with this rental as it was overall spectacular and I would rent it again without hesitation. Very clean, well stocked if you forgot anything, and had three beds (and while the small foldout wasn't exceptionally comfortable we discovered much worse at other places and it wasn't any worse than expected from that style of bed), and the neighborhood was very quiet. Definitely recommend it to others.

The rental was absolutely adorable! This gave my friends and I the perfect place to catch up for the first time in 20 years. Check in was easy and the property manager called me on the second day (I missed the call, but text back without a problem). Highly recommend for anyone staying in the Tampa area!
