Nice, clean and well stocked. Close to Broadmoor, but a bit of an uphill hike. Driveway is a little steep - my rental car didn't like it lol.

A perfect location to take in the main attractions of the Pikes Peak region. A clean and attractive home!

Probably the best VRBO we've stayed in. Great location to explore the Colorado Springs area. Fantastic appliances, TVs, and bathrooms, not to mention the beds. The kitchen was well stocked not just with plates and utensils but also larger pots and pans and plenty of spices/seasonings.

The house has been renovated and is very clean. Great house for all ages including a toddler. The location is close to all tourist attractions in Colorado Springs. We will stay here again!

Wedding at Broadmoor with 3 other couples. Perfect place to stay to be able to walk to the wedding venue. Beds were comfortable and the house was the perfect size. A little tight on the patio for the group but enough seating for 6! Thank you for a wonderful stay

This was a great spring break vacation for me and my family! There was plenty of space for all 8 of us (3 adults and 5 kids), and the house was clean and beautifully updated. Erik was very helpful and responsive. The neighborhood was nice, quiet, and within easy driving distance of Pike's Peak, Garden of the God's, and so many other things. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing time! The property was awesome and the Host was great with communication. Would definitely recommend. We can’t wait to go back!

The location was great. The bed situation was perfect for us. The house was great. Would have loved some comfier couches but we didn’t spend a ton of time at the house. Nice quite area with charm. Highly recommend.

Wanting to be near the Broadmoor for a wedding, this home was the perfect stay for our family. It is a pristine, newly updated home with plenty of room 8+ guests. The location is perfect - about a half-mile to the Broadmoor and even less to some trailheads. We saw plenty of deer and golden leaves throughout the neighborhood. Even the beds and towels were comfortable and plush. And in the few instances we messaged the owner Erik, he was very accommodating. I can’t recommend this place enough for families looking for a Colorado Springs getaway, or needing to be near the Broadmoor.

A lovely home in a quiet neighborhood near parks and the Broadmoor. Spacious and clean, definitely recommend as a vacation base in the area!

Little bit inaccurate about some things but ok. Did find some dirty dishes in cabinets.

We were in Colorado for my sons wedding. He lives close to the VRBO we rented so it was perfect.!!!!!!

The house is on a quiet street. It is walking distance to the Broadmoor Hotel(about15 min) There are several walking trails nearby. And a coffee shop/ restaurant "Sacred Ground Cafe", in the neighborhood.

I loved the bedrooms being in two different floors! It allowed my children to stay up late playing video games etc and not disturb me! This place was on a quiet street which is what we are used to at home so it was perfect. It’s also near downtown Colorado Springs which we loved. Also near all the things to in the area. The beds were so comfortable we all slept very well considering the time change for us from the east coast. Would definitely use this host and listing again!!

Perfect house for our family of 5. Location was great for a family wedding weekend at the Broadmoor. Whole house has been updated and the layout and style was very comfortable. The garage came in handy to avoid leaving the car on the steep driveway during a snowstorm that blew thru on the first night. Would consider staying here again in CO Springs.

We loved our stay at this property! The layout of the house was great with 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 downstairs along with living spaces on both floors. The beds were comfortable and the newly renovated home was decorated wonderfully! Everything in the home worked perfectly and we arrived to a very clean rental. Cabinets were labeled and the hosts went above and beyond by providing us a highhchair and pack and play for our baby. The hosts were quick to reply to any questions we had. We will definitely be staying here again!

Updated throughout and perfect split level floorplan for a family or two! Downstairs is gorgeous vinyl plank floors, washer dryer and family seating area. Upstairs has open concept kitchen with island and family room. Very nice full bath and comfortable beds with memory foam toppers. Wash area has a portable AC unit if needed but we were able to just open sliders and enjoy the late Summer breezes. Smart TV and sparkling clean appliances if you feel like cooking or washing dishes. Super close to Manitou Springs and tons or running/hiking trails. Deer walking by front yard every morning too! Great communication with property owner when/if needed. Will stay again for sure!

We really enjoyed this property. There was enough space for all 5 of us to spread out. It was a nice touch that some basics .. spices, toilet paper, coffee filters, etc were available in the unit. Property owner was very responsive to any questions. We will be staying here again on our next visit to Colorado Springs.

The house was exactly as listed. Great area- close to hiking, manitou Springs, Old Colorado City. Etc. Typical rentals fall short on paper products, and things like condiments (salt /pepper, seasoning, ) this was not the case. We really appreciated the amenities. Thanks to Erik for his communication.
