Es ist in Ordnung für ein paar Nächte, aber für Bestnote müsste es moderner und neuwertiger sein.

great location, close to shops, bus, local taxi service was superb
Heating hard to navigate, generally the cleaning was good, but a few items overlooked like washing machine, bin area, mattress stained, pillows could be improved, but nothing deterred from the overall enjoyment of our stay

Very clean property, even though a little worn in places. Quiet neighbourhood with good access to the city centre. Very nice bedrooms.
The TV instructions stated that Netflix was available to use but all the user accounts on Netflix required a pin code even though I was just trying to watch comedies such as "Grace and Frankie" so in the end I could not watch Netflix.

Lovely apartment for our weekend stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. In a quiet area with very little traffic noise. Easy access to the property. Fairly close to the city centre and tourist attractions
My only criticism is that the blinds in the front bedroom weren’t dark enough making it difficult to get to sleep and awoke early due to the amount of light they let in.

found a bra under one of the beds and Bathroom could do with a good deep clean as a bit grimey in places

Broken bathroom door .weak sofa bed. Noisy floors when you walk.

Apartment had a really good location, with Holyrood Park right outside of our doorstep and with a window view of Arthur's seat made it delightful!
Communication between host was a little lost at times, we paid for extra linen of the sofabed but it wasn't there so had to contact the host in the late hours to have it arrive the next morning.

Very clean and spacious apartment.
Parking permit provided was expired, found parking fine stuck to my car window. Staff (Tony) assured he will fix the misunderstanding and take care of the fine.

This property is excellent in every way it had everything needed for our stay with self catering facilities. Was exceptionally clean, modern and very central. Also very good value for our stay at at the heart of Edinburgh we couldn’t have asked for more. Also the free parking space is perfect as we did not need to stress about finding one.
