Check in was easy and Shay the owner was very responsive to every question. The place was clean and it’s walking distance to the stadium. Next time I come, I’m definitely booking this unit.

We enjoyed. It was clean. The neighborhood was not the nicest, but it was where we needed to be (medical center area). The house was well kept.

We picked this condo specifically for it's proximity NRG stadium. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert. The condo did not disappoint. It was a short, safe walk to the NRG stadium. The host was wonderful. She allowed us to check in early. The place was very clean and very well kept.
There was a little problem with the AC unit, but a quick couple texts to the host and the problem was solved. I would highly recommend this condo, especially if you are attending an event at NRG stadium.

If you need access to NRG it is perfect. Industrial area but felt safe. Easy access to 610. Grocery/ restaurant nearby. Host was responsive.

Perfect location for NRG
I originally booked this place because of location, it was walking distance to NRG. The 4 stories provided enough privacy when needed. Loved the speakers in the ceiling and the huge TV to watch the games. I’ll be back next year! Thanks for a great stay Shay!

This is a great property and Shay is a wonderful host. On the first night, we had an issue where the gas was not on. Shay quickly responded and worked to resolve the situation. The house has plenty of space, everything you needed for the kitchen (we cooked brunch), location is great, and was perfect for our stay. Would definitely recommend!
Close by the NRG Stadium, and lounge 2200. 30mins from IAH, 20 mins from hobby.

Beautiful Property! Located near everything you need!
Wow! This was an amazing experience. Shay was an extremely gracious host, who offered clear communication and valuable updates throughout our stay. Modern layout. Creative yet minimalistic decor create the perfect backdrop for any occasion. Very clean. Fourth floor balcony to die for. Central location makes it very easy to get around town. You’ll love this property!
