upstairs room bed had a bit of a sunken mattress and blind above door kept failing. but they were minor annoyances and overall the place was impeccable.

The access road was in quite rough shape

Quiet area, felt safe, far from the crowd with some security (cannot access the road without passing a control point….) Beach close to the cottage. Nice garden. Beds very confortables. Kitchen and bbq good if you wish to prepare some meals. Very clean. Snorkeling possible just in front of the beach, with nice fishes. Nearby restaurant at the hotel very good, walkable distance. Driving around (we had a rental car) felt safe and roads are good, either day or evening. Close to Tulum and others interesting places toward Playa del Carmen. Long chairs and sun shade huts nice to spend time on the beach. Service people very nice.

The 8% charge for service that was not indicated in the pricing on Booking… If this is an official charge, should be mentioned. Would have preferred to pay it upfront that being informed when arriving, taking in account the document was mentioning ‘’final charge’’ (even with mention that additional charges may apply per example for extra bed, but this means for anything extra you can ask for, not for basic charge…). The Casa Corazon III is the most remote from the beach, not a problem, still very close, however, located next to the compound water pump which started regularly as soon as people started to use bathroom in the morning (like at 6:30…) and near the staff office that were congregating in the morning and talking, from 7:00am…. Beach with sargassum, and sea floor with seaweeds. Bring water shoes. Kitchen stuff was very basic and need renewal. Add three days we needed to ask for beach towels renewal and one day return in the evening and the water in the distributor was empty in spite of having left in the morning with the unit bipping indicated empty bottle…

Hidden spot, amazing & very private bay, beautiful beach, staff was super friendly and helpful

The property is wonderful. It was clean and modern with beautiful views of Soliman Bay (aside from the sargasso). We rented all three casas for our family and appreciated the privacy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, providing advice and assistance whenever necessary.

The reason we booked this property was so that we could enjoy the beautiful Caribbean and the calm waters of Soliman Bay where the children could swim safely. The sargasso made getting into the water impossible and the smell was disgusting. No one wanted to spend time outside. We were told by Casa Corazon that the amount of sargasso present was an exceptionally rare occurrence. That said, I feel the property should have disclosed this information and offered to allow us to rebook our stay.

Great location and quiet, nice rooms

Bathroom was small, and issue with mosquitoes on the lower bungalow because the bathroom roof is open to the elements.

Amazing customer service!! I loved every thing about my stay. The water was crystal clear and we had our own Kayak and snorkel. So cool!!! I will be back!
