The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. Great location next to a large mall and food court.

They never replied when I messaged them about reservations for the shuttle. One of the staff from the airport had to call the hotel so that the shuttle could come pick us up. They arrived in less than 20 minutes.

Location was decent for the airport

You could do much better with your continental breakfast. You could also do better in the rooms like more than two towels. There was absolutely no face cloths or hand towels in the room no glasses no ice bucket not even a phone cord for the phone. Really disappointing for Marriott.

TODO, no había toallas en el baño, tuve que hacer 22 llamadas a recepción para solicitar el traslado aeropuerto-hotel y NUNCA contestaron el teléfono, terminé pagando $800.00 pesos por un servicio ofrecido y no proporcionado por el hotel, al llegar a recepción pregunté a la recepcionista: Porque no contestan el teléfono?, y me respondió que no había llamadas sin contestar, entonces le mostré el historial de llamadas e incluso enfrente de ella llamé al hotel y no entró la llamada, pregunté que pasaba con mantenimiento?, y me contestó que ella no lo sabía, que ella era recepcionista, tarde más de 30 minutos en mi registro de recepción y había más de 10 personas esperando después de mi, posteriormente fui al restaurant y se me acercó una persona a la cual le pregunté que si era un supervisor, empleado o gerente y con arrogancia y molesto me contestó PORQUE, en lugar de dar una respuesta profesional, molesto llegué a mi habitación y me dormí después de un largo viaje de 10 1/2 horas en avión, al día siguiente me levanté a las 5.1/2 horas para ducharme y no había toallas, solo la del piso de la ducha, traté de llamar a reservación y había un teléfono pero NO TENÍA CABLE DE CONEXIÓN, solo estaba de adorno, fui a recepción y hablé con la persona encargada y le exigí que me acompañara a la habitación para que viera que NO había toallas y que el teléfono estaba sin servicio, al principio no supo que hacer, hasta que le exigí una solución a mi problema e hizo lo posible por darme una solución, la cual fue darme puntos Marriot para una noche de cortesía, por lo que mi calificación sería -5, si ustedes tuvieran esa calificación en su escala de evaluación

No one answered my calls/texts 24 hours before, for shuttle service. Reception didn’t even answer the phone. What’s app contact number not in use. Used this hotel for a night to save the fight with taxi mafia outside. Women on reception uninterested that I had to pay through the nose just for a short journey. Checked in about 10:30pm nothing was open and no room service available. Breakfast was only available until 9am (says 10am on website) we were tired from travelling so skipped it due to its poor reviews.

Ruido horrible de noche. Nada que hacer, muy caro todo dentro del hotel, había cucarachas muertas en la habitación. Solo que tiene transfer gratis al aeropuerto, pero no creo valga la pena alquilar solo por eso

No respetan el precio que ofrece booking y me cobraron más sin explicaciones, su servicio gratuito de transporte se demoró 1 hora. Pagué un taxi que me costó lo mismo que la noche de hotel. No contestan el teléfono en recepción y si WhatsApp no funciona.

Centrally located, clean, great customer service

It took best part of 45 minutes to check in. When we got to our room, there was someone’s underwear hanging from the shower door. The breakfast menu was very limited and poor quality.

El tamaño de las habitaciones es muy reducido y no hay suficientes contactos eléctricos para trabajar

Het was fijn dat het hotel zo dicht bij de Airport zit (8 minuten rijden) en je na een lange vlucht snel bij je accommodatie bent. Alleen hierom hadden wij dit hotel ook geboekt.

De kamer was prima, maar het ontbijt was niet alles. Ook is de omgeving niet zo leuk. Op loopafstand zit wel een soort winkelcentrum, maar dat is het. Voor een nacht tussen het reizen door is het prima.

Für einen Stop ganz in Ordnung. Nebenan gibt es eine Mall mit einigen Fast Food Restaurants.

Auf meine AirPort Shuttle Anfragen hat niemand reagiert. Es könnte besonders im Bad deutlich sauberer sein. Keine Handtücher im Bad vorhanden. Schlechtes WLAN

Die Unterkunft wurde für eine Nacht gebucht bei unserer Anreise nach Mexico. Da es nahe zum Flughafen ist und laut Booking einen gratis Flughafenshuttle anbietet, haben wir die Reservation vorgenommen. Einige Tage vor unserer Anreise habe ich dann versucht mit dem Hotel Kontakt aufzunehmen (schriftlich und telefonisch) für den Flughafentransfer. Das Hotel bemühte sich weder das Telefon abzunehmen, noch um den Transfer. Sind angekommen am Flughafen und mussten für 10 Min Taxifahrt 100 US Dollar bezahlen (ja Mexicaner sind die totalen Abzocker). Angekommen im Hotel wollte der Mitarbeiter nichts davon wissen und war frech. Empfehle das Hotel nicht. Auch kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

El huerto vertical seco y descuidado, las sillas del roof oxidadas, inundado el roof, desprendido el piso y con grietas también el roof, losetas rotas tanto exteriores pasillos baño y cuarto, sucio en general con papeles por todo el hotel, los baños de áreas comunes muy sucios, olor no agradable en general, el Shuttle llegó tarde casi perdemos el vuelo, tengo fotos

La ubicación fue muy conveniente para nosotros, a 5 minutos de Xoximilco y a 15 del aeropuerto, en auto. También hay un nuevo outlet junto al hotel. Las habitaciones son suficientemente amplias, modernas y cómodas. El wifi funciona muy bien. La alberca se ve muy bien, pero no tuvimos tiempo para utilizarla. El personal es atento. El estacionamiento es amplio y está ubicado en el sótano del mismo hotel

El desayuno que está incluido en la tarifa solamente contiene café, jugo, fruta y pan dulce. Los platillos calientes tienen costo adicional

Deficient management. Stayed there a couple of times on the way to and from Tulum, and they didn’t have drinking water available on neither of the occasions (a week apart)

Très calme et comfortable et le service de navette gratuite depuis l’aéroport et pour y retourner était très pratique. On a beaucoup apprécié car on est arrivés de nuit.

Le numéro whatsapp pour les contacter pour la navette ne fonctionnait pas. Il a fallu envoyer un mél par Booking.
