Such an amazing experience at this beautiful facility! Staff were incredible. Extremely attentive right from the start!! Went above and beyond for us…. A big shout out to Katia at concierge, Alberto our Butler, Jose, our pool towel gentleman, Ricardo, the drink server around the pool… Carlos, who is another Butler at El Beso, Jonathan and Angel, our servers at the restaurants… and cannot forget about all the workers at the spa! Big shout out to Alfredo and Adela!! Everyone made our experience full of fantastic memories! I will definitely be back again, and again, and again! This is what true VIP services is about!! Everyone always had a smile on their faces, and made the experience so much fun for us.

Hotel muito agradável, tivemos na zona reservada para adultos, mais com acesso a todos as parte do hotel.
Os empregados sempre simpáticos. Mais queria destacar o Ricardo, Pedro e José ( el beso e previlege) , pelo o seu profissionalismo e simpatia
Praia está num recife, muito pasto marinho na água e areia. (Não é sargaço)
Praia com pouco areal.
Os empregados do lobby sempre a tentar vender os programas premiun para poder ganhar a sua comissão dito pelo o funcionário.

We loved our room, but we didn't like that there was no elevator working in our building. Walking up and down 4 flights of stairs wasn't the most fun in the heat especially when we got sick. I don't know how the staff manage!! Our room looked nicer than in the pictures though so - exceeded expectations!
We loved Ricardo at the El Beso pool and Eusebio at the Chill out bar who took care of us while we were there.
Loved the à la carte restaurants! All of them. Didn't necessarily love the hours available but being in "low season" it wasn't too bad. The service and the food at these restaurants were phenomenal. I can't remember the name of all the servers but they were really professional.
My boyfriend loved the pool but it was way too warm for my liking. I didn't find it refreshing, he loved floating around it so this might come down to preferences. The size of the pools are great though and we loved hanging out at the El Beso pool exclusively.
We were offered a free massage and hydrospa service for sitting with the Premium Travel Club reps. It was quoted as a breakfast meeting, then it was 90 minutes, and the reality was 4 hours. Because we were there for 8 days, we didn't mind, but if you're there for a short stay you might not like it. I don't think the club is a good deal but there were a few people we met with the special gold/black bracelets who are part of the club and they didn't say anything negative about it. I loved the massage - the hydro spa is also nice but pro/con to having it all to yourself. Pro - all to myself! Con - got boring fast.

Hours of restaurants, pools and bars. Specifically we thought the adults only (El Beso) bar should be open longer.
Tiles missing in the pool (El Beso) and I cut myself sitting on the edge of one of the structures in the pool (trying to cool off in the 40 degree air!)
Not sure about the buffet (Casa del Mar), in hindsight we should have only eaten the food that they were making in front of you because we did both end up sick. However, it might have also been that we somehow swallowed the tap water when brushing teeth/showering. I don't want to hate on the hotel unnecessarily.
The Ocean Coral Burger hours are very short, the line is very long and the woman who works it probably hates it.
Didn't like that they made a fuss about one group playing their bluetooth speaker and then letting 3 other groups play their music through bluetooth speakers.
They clean the beach but there's still lots of seaweed rolling in and sometimes the water is brown - not their fault though.
Didn't like the attitude of Gustavo from the dive shop, went with another dive shop in Puerto Morelos and had a great time - there are tons of dive shops in town that offer better prices for local reef diving.

Great location, staff were nice and very helpful. Everyone was kept clean.
Our group had 5 rooms total, 2 of those rooms the a/c didn’t work properly. Definitely could tell there was a huge difference in temperature between each room. I reported the problem and they never fixed or even attempted to fix it.

The hotel staff was very helpful. The concierge, Katia Torres, helped us with restaurant bookings, making our stay unforgettable. In general, the service and attention was very good.

The Bistro was a very nice touch. Breakfast and lunch here were both good. The pools were all very nice. We enjoyed the palapas and loungers on the beach. Waitstaff was very good. The main buffet was good for all 3 meals. Lots of variety and usually 2 cook stations going. We really liked the Villa Marina Steakhouse and Sensai. Steak was really good at both. I enjoyed the bowling! Check in and out was really easy and quick. Nice little gym above the Spa. Usually was only 2 or 3 other people using it.
We really didn't like them allowing people to reserve spots at the Beso pool at 6am. If you got there after 7 there were no chairs available. We had a lot of trouble getting towels. They always seemed to be out or on the way to get more. I thought we would avoid the Sargassum in February but it was not to be, not the fault of the resort! They could have made a better effort to clean it up. The last few days we were there they did have a tractor out every morning.

Very clean public areas, great choice of eating venues. Swimming pools were good, nice to see the wildlife too.
Problems getting be a sun-bed around El Beso pool. Pressured sales pitch to become premium member. Difficulty in getting a table at the specialist restaurants.

Everything was great. Food and drinks were wonderful. Everything was clean and rooms were large and beautiful. I wish there had been a door on the bathroom, we only used the shower as no privacy to use the tub.
Only thing we noticed was a bit understaffed in bars and restaurants. Service was a bit slow but only because of understaffing.

Restaurant info was lacking. Not sure what we were going to eat in a few. Could have explained more. Needed more maps to locate restaurants and other small shops. Did not like the premier section as it restricked and beach use and some restaurants and pools. Making other crowded.

FOOD!!!!! this property has the worst chefs. tasteless dishes... no condiments...very strange combinations... afternoon buffet looks like it was there since lunch...dry food ...the included wines taste as vinager and we had the PRESTIGE level...old bread...in a word the worst i ever had in my life. its a shame because the staff was incredible and the decor and equipment were fine
also, we had a terrrible invasion of seaweed that smell awful and we couldnt use the sea, but i understand that is not the hotle fault

The property is beautiful and exceptionally clean. There are several different restaurants from which to choose each day on the all-inclusive plan, and the food was excellent. Poolside bar service was abundant and a cute ice cream parlor was a surprising bonus.
Nothing the resort had any control over, but the sargassum this year was horrendous. It was a solid mass stretched 10 feet from the shore, making it impossible to get in the sea.

The positive aspects from this front beach 5 star hotel is: outdoors/gardens are well maintained, the buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) offers some quality and only some staff (cleaners, buffet hosts, coffee shop lady and barman) are profissional and friendly.
Definitely not a 5 star hotel service.
The room given at the check in was too far away from the lobby and facilities on the 3rd floor with no lift functioning. When entering room the smell of mould and humidity was astonishing. Also found in the room rusty bedside lamps and a dead mosquito in the wall frame. Not to mention the noisy air conditioned.
Immediately after Check in the room we went to the lobby to get this change, and we were asked to come back next day as they could not do anything at that time, (in the said 5 star hotel). We could not have a well deserved rested night after a 10h flight, due to the reasons mentioned above. The next room given was better but still not a 5 star hotel room.
Our booking was made within the adults only option. If you think you will get this service, forget about it. The only adults reserved area is the pull.
In this beach front 5 star hotel we found for our huge surprise that the whole beach front was full of see weed causing horrible smell and making impossible to enter the water.
Due to this the water looked dark/dirty and unpleasant, nothing like their Instagram videos.
During our stay we never got beds by the pool because all of them were occupied since 4am and the staff just don't do anything.
The service/staff wants again is disappointing and rude, our room cards got deactivated we were asked to go to a check in queue to get this sorted, when at the lobby were 7 members of staff talking and no one helped us. After 20m trying to get this sorted they realized that the check in on the arrival was wrong in their system, we were asked to send our booking confirmation once again.
Just to add a note, in 8 days we stayed in this 5 star hotel our bed sheets never been changed. 👍🏼
Definitely not to return to this Hotel.

The location of the property good. The negatives outweighed location though.
Beach and pool chairs were taken by 5am, sometimes 4am. One day we couldn't even get a towel. The staff's answer to almost everything was No. We ended up leaving two days early.

We are back from a 2 weeks holiday in this hotel. The staff is attentive and really helpful. Special thanks to the El Beso Bistro team (Edgar, Angel, Jesus, etc..). The sheer size and style of the hotel are amazing (4 pools), 1Km to walk from one side to the other. The beach is beautiful. The all inclusive food is really ok, there are 11 restaurants to choose from and some of them are really good (Italian and Sensai). The room service is all included as well. The Wifi is great, you can easily stream Netflix.
The main issue is the lack of sun beds. Impossible to grab one. Some people get out of bed at 5 am to privatise them. The restaurant booking system is another problem. It opens at 6am, and some restaurants are already fully booked at 6:05am!
I am concerned about the ecological aspect of all these plastic bottles. I hope that they are recycled. The same goes for the water. The late checkout is 10US$ an hour! The BlueMoon restaurant is not up to the rest of the hotel (ridiculous quantities and tasteless). The hydrospa facilities are outdated and most of the massaging devices are not working. The jaccuzi is dangerous to walk into. The room was slightled outdated and damp but it was big and well equiped.

Great staff, they were really engaging. Swim up Pool bar. Food and drinks were always easily accessible. Fruit cart would come out daily. Lots for teens and tweens on the non adults side. Beachfront resort.
Some of the buildings could be a distance from the main area.
This resort is not very close to any towns.

location to airport, TV channel selection good, some staff members were good
being told to wear a mask even at pool bar!!, The buffet food was not even close to a 5* hotel especially breakfast, some staff seemed unhappy not very willing to serve, i booked a room for 1 person clearly on booking but ended up with room with 2 doubles they had it for 2 people no ocean view which also on booking.
