My family and I loved the fact that it made us feel like we were at home we had a long stay and it was nice to be able to relax and cook meals!
The mattresses were a little hard for my family and I’s liking which made sleep the first few nights some adjusting to get use to due to the firmness of the mattresses.

I liked the location and “not noisy” area.
Property was broken down (elevator did work and the gate was broken)
Management did not provide proper instruction and towed my car.
Furniture made noisy when you use it (beds squeaks, table broken down, lamp did not function)
Not so clean, I had to work clean the drainage. It was stuck when I got there.

The walk from the assigned elevator to the car spot we were assigned. Elevators take a while to get to you too.

Throughout the hallway it smelt like trash, so the scent wasn’t pleasant every time I would leave and come back to our room. Once that is fixed everything will be much better all in all!! :)

I didn’t like that even though I told the customer service multiple times my situation about me being pregnant and my husband having a medical condition not to move us from our unit we where planning on stayin till our apartment is ready for move in , they had no sympathy and did not work with us to let us extend our stay for a couple months , I told them our pay arrangement and how would pay on certain dates due to the dates we get paid they didn’t care kept putting our unit out for availability instead of notating the account that it was to be taken . now I’m 8 1/2 months pregnant having to do all the moving by myself since my husband is sick . as far as I know as long as someone is staying at a property the hotel or management does not put that place for availability incase the client wants to extend .

The trash was a problem . The halls were filled with trash bags and they did not get picked up regularly . Our room was full of flies and mosquitos due to this . One night our parking space was occupied by another car and I had to report it . But the worst part was the trash in the halls and the bad smell and bugs.

The staff when calling in about the multiple issues.
The parking space that was assigned had concrete pillars on both side making it impossible to use so had to call customer service for help. The elevators didn't work half the time and the alternative route to get to the room wasn't known by the customer service department. After an hour of waiting for maintenance we got a text saying they couldn't get ahold of them. Finally found the way up by asking tenants of the building, who several said the building always had maintenance issues thus the reason for subleasing because people always moved out. Room was by the pool and it was noisy had to call security at 1:30 am to tell them to be quiet even though there was a quiet time between 10 pm - 8 am. The whole building smelled of Marijuana and hallways, stairways, and pool where nasty with trash.

The room was nice, equipped well. standard. there is a dog pee area located on the floor I was on super Convenient since I was traveling with my dog. Location is great for tourist activities. quick drive and short walk to their train.
The lounge chairs in the pool picture do not exist. the pool is nice, a little small for the size of the property but nice. There was broken glass in the area. The elevator to get to our room location was broken but figured it out, wish the check in directions would have been updated.

Condo’s building was very stark, empty and a little creepy. Not many residents perhaps they were gone over the Easter weekend

For family travelling with kids, this is not a family friendly place. There were all night parties in other units, this is a university student heavy location

these apartments are part of a much larger development … we chose the property because of the proximity to the SMU campus

Excellent location and I like the restaurants near by. Place is clean and cozy.
The place smell a little and I had to spray with air fresher. People smoking weeds and you can smell it in the elevator and hallway. The water pressure was low and it is frustrating for a good shower.
