Good location, nice staff and comfortable bed 👍

It seems like nobody cleaned behind the beds for ages. Actually pretty disgusting 😞

Other than the amazing view the room was exceptionally clean.

It was all above and beyond what was expected.

We loved the location and gorgeous room with amazing views! The restaurant served a delicious dinner.

The room smelled like weed and they wanted $15 dollars for wifi?!? With a room rate at just over $300 I think your guests should have complementary wifi.

I liked the location and great restaurants. The view of Dallas was beautiful. Staff was friendly and hotel was clean. The hotel is connected to the convention center nearby thru a sky-walk super easy to get to.

The A/C was terrible in my room on the 20th floor barely put out any air nor cold. I called the desk for a fan to get so i could sleep and they brought it. Service was super slow or never came when i needed more towels, they were super busy and a full house so i understand that. The bed was terrible a stone slab would be softer was kinda surprised the bed was like that being its a higher end hotel and pricey.

Fron desk did not told about bracelets for swimmingpool but person in charge at the entrance at the swimmingpool allow us to enter. It is hilarious in this times we were charge for wifi internet.

The view and customer service. Customer service is always important to me, i loved the room we selected as well.

The location was great. We ate at the bar it was good.

Big hotel, many restaurants and shop in the hotel building. Spacious rooms, nice city view. Uber arrives in 2 minutes to the hotel at any time. Walk to the center 10 minutes.

Saw a cockroach, no breakfast. The food is very American, burgers, meat, chicken. There are no vegetables and fruits in restaurants.

The city view was nice; however, the food was not. Past visits the food was always delicious so we decided for a portion of our 30 year anniversary we will stay at the Omni and dine in the room. The food was a failure with every order.

The food was always cold and mushy by the time it was delivered.
