Everything about this hotel is amazing. The staff is great and the facility itself is just wonderful. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.

Had to pay an extra $24 for parking attached to the hotel or park on the street or somewhere not near the hotel.

Not good breakfast

My room was attractive, reasonably clean and comfortable. Easy access on a quiet street. Covered parking but the parking isn’t free at about $25/night. A good amount of street parking while I was there but I opted to pay parking to avoid storm issues. Breakfast was $16 and not impressive. Very easy walk to the Galleria Mall. Good shopping and restaurants

I felt nickled and dimed.

Car parking was not free. Properties like AC Hotel should have free parking which is a very basic requirement for travelers.

love the look of the property and it always smells so good. the location is perfect for shopping.

the breakfast wasn’t very good and I didn’t realize when I booked it wasn’t included with my stay. I paid $35 for 2 bowls of cereal and some rubber egg whites.

The place was absolutely beautiful.

The receptionist was the worst. She had a very stuck up attitude like she was too good to talk to you or deal with you. She acted like she was inconvenienced by you.
