They did not have a shower cap, shower gel and the hand wash was mixed with water

The property was neat, nice & comfortable. Appliances were of top quality

The wifi details provided prior to our arrival didn't work when we arrived, it seems like it wasn't set up prior to our arrival, we couldn't connect to Showmax or Netflix, we had to contact the host a couple of times to get the proper wifi details. Ones connected to the wifi we still couldn't connect to the properties Showmax or Netflix, we had to connect to our own Showmax account The extra blanket & fleece blanket had an unpleasant musty smell. The generator or back up power was switched on the 1st Jan early hours while-as the wasn't any nation wide load shedding, it was very loud and made it difficult for us to fall asleep

The place was clean and the electric blanket was my favorite especially coz it's winter.. the bath tub is amazing I enjoyed soaking myself. Everything I needed was there

It was warm, there was an electric blanket.

Dirty, bedding was dirty it had stains on it, the kitchen tea and sugar containers had used up old sachets and the containers themselves were dirty, the extra blanket smelled like it hadn’t been washed in a while.
