We liked the space and the location was easy access to most places we planned visiting. The rooms are quite spacious including the bathrooms and living space. We had lots of complaints and the teams did their best to respond and to get things sorted which was a good thing.

The kettle was heavily limescale and the drainage in the bathroom sinks was blocked for both bathroom all through our entire stay. The apartment on our arrival was a bit dusty and not properly cleaned plus aired out. I believe the cleaners need to do a better job at cleaning and taking notes of things. There was a road construction going on infront of the building and it made opening the windows uncomfortable due to noise. The team did well to send us fans to control the heat n close window due to the noise.

Near food areas & comfortable beds

Very inconvenience to collect keys so far away & certainly not for older pple. Someone could have meet up at the apartment or drop it David Lloyd which is just next door. Inflexible in giving extended hours of checkout. Already checkin so late at 4

L'appartement était sale le sol plein de poussière.on devait être reçu par un agent pour la remise des clés mais ils nous les ont déposé chez un relais qui est bien loin de l'appartement alors qu'on avait remplis leur formulaire bien avant.des déchets d'ordures de sous vêtements laissés jeté a côté des commodes.les murs tachés et plein de traces les plinthes des salles de bains sales . L'appartement est censé accueillir plus de 3 personnes mais les couverts manquaient il n'y avait que 2 fourchettes les chaises aussi que 2 beaucoup d'ustensiles de cuisine qui manquaient.la targette de la porte d'entrée cassée aucune sécurite ..Apres une réclamation une femme de ménage est passé après 5 jours elle a ouvert la porte de l'appartement sans sonner ni demander si il y avait quelqu'un à l'intérieur franchement aucun professionnalisme rien de classy .

My family and I stayed at this property for approximately 2 weeks. We really enjoyed all facilities and was particularly impressed with the kitchen facilities. The general neighborhood is quiet, however this location provides wonderful access to restaurants, groceries etc and seamless access via all modes of transportation.

The beds weren't as comfortable as one would hope. Particularly the bed in the master bedroom, it had a valley in the centre. It seems necessary to either flip/turn the current mattress, or get a new one altogether. One thing to be careful about, is the fact that the bathroom sinks do not have a covering over the sink hole. So a word of advice to future guests, is to be extremely vigilant with valuables when near the face basin.

The location was great for me and the facilities provided were excellent, making my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment was well-equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay.

There were a few negative aspects to my experience. One issue was the constant bombardment of emails regarding check-in and check-out, as well as requests for information. It felt overwhelming and unnecessary. Additionally, check-in was only available for free within a limited time frame of 11 am to 6 pm, which was inconvenient for me. For check-out, I had to travel 1km to a store near the apartment to return the keys, which was also inconvenient. Furthermore, the cleanliness of the apartment was not up to par. I noticed stains on the walls and even found dust and dirt on the carpets. The dishwasher was not functional, and an unpleasant odor emanated from it whenever it was opened.
