Has a great view though it was not of the lagoon, it was safe, and quiet apartments.
Going to the security offices daily to get access to the lagoon.

Everything about the place was really good. The food from the restaurant was excellent and the staff were great
Some of the staff were not as friendly as I expected though they did help but I think they can be more welcoming and make you feel like you are not bothering them especially if you are not familiar with the place and their security measures, access and exit controls.

The que at the gate for face registration was too long maybe they should consider having 2 people working there

And we were not alert that the property had electrical problems besides load shedding

The electricity went the entire Saturday in the area, which was beyond the owner’s control.

The room wae beautiful including the balcony. My host was the best,. Door pin, parking no, room no, wifi password all sent prior check in.

On the day I was on my way to check in, was forced to cancel my booking... And immediately refunded..
Someone called Richard said I booked on top of someone's booking which is not my fault...
I booked a month ago for that matter..
I'm so dissapointed, because it was supposed to be a special outing for me then that.. 😭😭😭

The apartment was so neat and well prepared. There is everything that you can actually need within the apartment and even more. Surely we had a very comfortable stay.
The WiFi Network was horrible, which makes it difficult to stream long episodes. And the towels needs to be replaced , they are very hard and harsh to the skin.
