The location is remote and quiet, near the beachfront, though it does not have a sand beach, the access to the water is made by stairs from a wooden platform. The pools are ok, water is warm and they are drained every night probably to prevent guests from taking nightly swims, because they do not clean or disinfect the pools in the meantime. The photos on the website are nice but in reality the property is poorly managed, there are a lot of improvements to be made. The new building has better quality rooms but they are not yet finished, even though they started selling them (bathroom tiles and ceiling not finished, small retouches to the paint job in the rooms not done, door fixtures loose) etc. Overall a nice property if it were well managed, which unfortunately is not the case.

Breakfast very scarce, composed of boiled eggs, some cheese, tomatoes and cucumbers, olives and 2 types of pie. No meat whatsoever. Coffee is not free!!! They charged us for the morning coffee and only after reporting this to the manager made an exception and gave us free coffee on the first day. On the second day the coffee machine broke and stayed that way for the remaining 5 days. Restaurant menu extremely poor, you literally had nothing to order from, even though the restaurant itself is nice, placed near the water. We have been going to different parts of Turkey for many years now and this was the first time we were disappointed, especially in the services and overall attitude of the staff. Almost no one spoke english, language barrier was a problem most of the time. Cleaning service came once during our 6 days stay, and only at our request.

They are charging water at free breakfast!
