This was the best vacation rental we've ever stayed in! On arrival, we were immediately impressed with the cleanliness, elegant updated decor and convenience to nearby restaurants, coffee shops, a grocery store - which came in handy while traveling with two little ones. Brittanie was responsive and very accommodating. When looking for rentals I'm always concerned that the photos look better than the in-person experience, but this was the opposite - the photos didn't do it justice! Would absolutely stay here again

We completely loved it. The property was very clean. The check in process was smooth, and the property was more than beautiful than the photos online. Brittanie was very polite and accommodating. The location is in walking distance to a lot of restaurants, a grocery store, The French Quarters, The Sazerac House, The World War II Museum and many other attractions in the downtown area of New Orleans. Overall the property is AWESOME and it was like being at home, but on vacation in my favorite city. By the way this is our second time staying at the property we loved it…

What not to say! Close to everything but also far enough away that it was always calm and quiet. It felt super safe and the immediate access food and shopping options was ideal. Our unit was way bigger than expected, had all the amenities we needed. Super smooth check-in/out and hosts were attentive and responsive for all our questions, even getting us an immediate turn around on a request for extras. More than enough space for our group! Thank you to Brittanie for the great food and coffee recommendations as well! First time vacationing with your suites but not the last! ♡

The reviews and listing doesn’t lie. This place is absolutely gorgeous. The pictures does not even give great details how big the place is. When you first pull up it does look a little scary but let me tell you that area is far from it. We were able to walk everywhere, the dome for the game, bourbon street, grocery store, food and even casino/outlet. We appreciated the attention to detail, including black towels for make up toothbrushes, toothpaste, and drinks in the fridge. This location central to all things New Orleans. The host was amazing and very responsive, we even extended our stay. We will be back to this location and host!

We stayed at this property while attending the Essence Festival 2023. It is a beautiful, peaceful and welcoming space. The location was perfect. It was walking distance to the Superdome, the Convention Center and everything in between. Literally everything we needed was within walking distance. The restaurants in the area were all top notch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. The host was quick to respond when we reached out. I highly recommend this property.

The condo is wonderful. Nicely appointed and comfortable. The coffee, cheese plate and drinks mean so much upon check-in. Great little restaurant below for quick meals/relax at the bar. Grocery store just steps away. Communication with owners was quick and attentive. Beds slept great and furnishing were fresh, clean and in new shape. Elevator made it easy to access our floor.
For this area to be fairly busy, it was quite inside the condo. Street car is not too far away which can make for easy travel to French Quarter.

The property is beautiful and very spacious!!!! It's a safe neighborhood and a secure building. The beds were so comfortable!! It's close to everything. There's a great market a block away. The property managers are accommodating, maybe to a fault. Overall, this a fantastic place to stay to see an amazing city!!!!!

Loved the decor, location, and special touches (welcome cheese tray, bottled water and sodas, nice large towels, decent toiletries, large TVs, outdoor area even though it faced a brick wall. Kitchen only had basic tools but who comes to NOLA to cook? Plus, there’s a restaurant right downstairs as well as many in the neighborhood. The owners were exceptionally responsive and very accommodating. Proximity to Rouses was ideal for groceries as well as prepared food. Great stay. We’ll be back.

This place is spacious and very clean. The pictures on here don’t do it justice. There are so many little things about it that make it perfect. We were in walking distance to the Superdome and that was a huge plus. It’s very close to many things you’d want to see if you don’t want to drive. People say a lot about New Orleans, but we felt safe the entire time. We were out walking after dark and there were police out on the streets. If we travel back to New Orleans we will stay here again for sure!

The location of the property was excellent. Restaurant and bar downstairs. You could walk to restaurants and French quarter with ease. And a quiet neighborhood at night. Graduation Getaway
This Warehouse District condo provided an elegant sanctuary for our family to rest and reenergize during a jam-packed stay for Tulane Graduation. It proved even more lovely than the pictures, and the layout afforded all of us plenty of privacy. We took advantage of the grocery story 1 block away and walked to many of our favorite restaurants. I would certainly book again for any future NOLA visits and appreciate that the property owners have many other units in this Baronne Street building in case we can round up a group to join us next time. Seamless check in and check out. All-around one of the best rentals we've had.

New Orleans VRBO experience
We cannot emphasize enough how wonderful these accommodations were!!! The pics do not do it justice. The place is updated and truly beautiful. We were comfortable and there were so many amenities such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, body lotion, etc. Plus, there were complimentary soft drinks and waters in the fridge along with a delicious snack tray. Brittanie was great to communicate with!! All of us would definitely stay here again!! And it was a super location!! We were able to walk all around the main parts of the city with no problems.

This is the best property!! The best reasons are cleanliness, ease of check-in, safety. The owners give you clear directions for parking, check-in and then check-in from time to time to see if your stay is going ok. It’s the second time we had stayed here. Myself and my partner had the most amazing getaway weekend, and it started with this property. The hosts were great when communicating everything we needed to know for our stay. The building was secure and clean. The condo was gorgeous with plenty of space. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity presented itself. The pictures don’t do this gem justice. Worth every penny!

Our experience with this property was a 5 star ++++!! From the moment we found the property on VRBO, the property manager Brittanie expressed interest and support for all questions. Her attentiveness, kindness and support was exceptional. Now the property description. MAGNIFICENT!! Brand new. Every attention to detail imaginable. The decor was warm yet modern and so tasteful. The beds were beyond comfortable. We felt like we were at home. The kitchen and bathrooms were brand new. Fully stocked. I stayed with my daughter who was studying for her board exams and the rooms were quiet and private. The local restaurants were easy to walk to and some of the best names in Nola. Conveniences such as a market and CVS were 5 minute walks away. All in all it was a perfect stay and we cannot wait to return!!
