The view on the seaside is amazing (if you are willing to spend more to have sea view). The staff is very friendly. The hotel inside looks fancy and the rooms are beautiful. but thats not enough to justify the 4 stars, sadly.

Tbh I’m highly surprised nobody in the feedbacks commented about the breakfast and the ants that walk around (in the room, in the breakfast area, on the tables, literally everywhere). Plus we found a weird kind of centipede in the shower the first day, which was not pleasant. The worst thing though was the breakfast (basically non existing): some bread, salad, one kind of sausage, 6/7 sauces (to put on what? who knows), 1 jam, coffee and cold tea. The guy makes scrambled eggs (that tasted good though!) or soup for you if you want. Thats it. Everything with poor quality. Not even as an asian breakfast that could be considered good. No juice, I asked if they had some (in every hotel there’s juice, and next to the hotel there is even a place where they sell fresh fruits and juices!!!!) and they brought me the same tea that was already there. But its supposed to be a 4 star hotel!! Not recommended at all. With just a tiny little effort more they could make it much better, but apparently they dont care :/

the view from the balcony towards the sea on sunset was exceptional and also in the rest

noise from the fridge and the water takes not 3 minutes to warm, but around 10-15minutes

Room & facilities are quite old, they need to maintained, then many tourist will be visit Ngoc Chau hotel more and more.
