お風呂が異様に狭い。 外の通りの声が響いてうるさかった。 駐車場が宿泊場所から離れている事と宿泊者なのに他の駐車場より高かった。

写真に載ってるのより古いお風呂の設備だった 場所が飲み屋の近くで夜カラオケなどが聞こえてうるさい 防音が全然なってない リノベーションしてる部屋もあるらしいが、やってないところもあるっぽい 写真詐欺 高い割に合わない

朝食を提供するレストランが無いことに驚いた。ビジネスホテルでは初めて。サイトで朝食付きプランが予約出来なくても普通は現地で追加できる。いくら駅近でも、この宿泊費でレストラン無しは考えられない。 前もって弁当を予約できるそうだが、前日では無理と言われた。サイトでは朝食を提供できるレストランが無いことが分かりにくかった。せめて予約確認後のホテルからのメールでレストランが無いが弁当を予約するか尋ねて欲しかった。知っていたら他のホテルにした。周辺にもコンビニとカフェしか開いていない。未成年の子供一人での宿泊なので、返金されなくても他のホテルを取ろうと思ったが他は既に満室だった。

清潔がなりより。エアコンが良く効いて快適でした。照明も複数あり文句なしです。 私としては珍しく快眠できました。

バスタブに手摺りがあれば良かったです。 テレビでBSが視聴出来ないのは残念でした。

Excellent location, literally few minutes from train station and in the core of the town. Very easy to get Hakone, another tourist destination. You can go there to one day trip chip end convenient

受付の方がとても親切に一つ一つ対応してくれました。 こういう対応がまた泊まりたくなる理由に繋がるんだなぁと思いました。

特になし、夜中に周りの部屋の音が少し気になったくらいですが、どこも同じかもしれないので悪い点ではないと思いますが。

飲み屋街の中にあり（部屋が2階だったこともあると思うが）外から話し声が聞こえ、夜遅くまで騒がしかった（ただ、眠れないほどではなかった）。

Very handy to Station. Only about 3 minutes away. Nice large room for Japan. Staff very helpful, even held our luggage for us so we could spend day on Hakone. Also not far from town centre for eateries.

The hotel was close to the station and to a busy restaurant area. We were staying only one night so it was a convenient, reasonably comfortable place to stay. We used it as a base to explore Hakone using a rental car. The reception staff were helpful and friendly and supplied us with extra towels and pillows.

Although we were in a non-smoking room, our door was immediately opposite the door to the smoking area for the whole hotel so wafts of cigarette smoke did occasionally come through into our room. This may have been in part because the air conditioning unit had been replaced in our room but the holes for the old one (located above the room door) had only been covered with what appeared to be cardboard and tape painted white. There was three in our family group and although the room was large by average Japanese standards it was cramped for us (not a criticism, just an observation).

部屋もきれいで広さも1人には十分だし、快適に睡眠も取れました。

Great location, easy check-in, very friendly staff, and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Rooms come equipped with a mini fridge, TV, hot water kettle, AC, hair dryer, slippers, toothbrushes, and shampoo/conditioner/soap. And further amenities such as razors, hair ties, combs, etc were also available in the lobby. The bento breakfast we requested and paid for was also very convenient and delicious!

No microwave was available for use.

Friendly helpful staff although English not good. Sorry walk to the Odawara Station, with many eateries around A there. Room is small but pretty comfortable.

No carpark, can unload or load in front of hotel ( no cover if rain) and for discounted rate, must park at their affiliated carpark at 1200 yen per 24 hours. It is 5 mins drive away and walk back is needs 10+ mins. Troublesome to hand room key before going out of hotel and have to ask again when entering. The staff of the night might recognize the patrons but if different staff in the morning, he/ she only ask for the room number.

The location is very close to the Odawara train station. It was the perfect spot to stay for a late arrival from Osaka to take advantage of the Hakone Free Pass on the following day. Small rooms, but comfortable, clean and convenient.

Breakfast was adequate - a tray of rice rolls / balls collected from reception.
