Ein paar Haken im Bad wären nicht schlecht und für uns ist das Bett ein wenig zu weich, aber das ist Jammern auf hohen Niveau

Very clean and organised, it's all automated from check in to check out. Room was very luxurious despite the price. Getting there from Luzern took around 30 mins,a good compromise.

No staff in the facility,only a number to call in case of need.w

Everything was Perfect!

Huge room, plenty of space for 3, great room facilities such as coffee machine, powerful and hot shower, easy parking, easy location and very easy self check in.

Location not near the centre.

Though it was modern, nice and clean, it is impossible to even breathe in the room due to lack of any ventilation. we could not sleep during the night and our next day was spoilt as well. A hotel is meant to be a place to relax for the next day, though this hotel didn’t serve that purpose!

There is no ventilation in the room. I understand that there is no air conditioning, though there could at-least be some source of fresh air. the windows can’t be opened to even let fresh air in. I tried to call the staff for help, though he spoke rudely, hung up on me and didn’t pick up my call again.

Super spacious, cosy and very comfortable. Only met the cleaner but she was very friendly and helpful and reset our room. Easy check in process. Lounge was an added bonus!

Surprisingly excellent quality, very clean and comfortable, nice touches, water in the fridge, good quality coffee supplies, lovely soaps and towels. We only stayed as a stop over, it was perfect. It was self check in, and when we were there it was very quiet. It was easy Access to get back to the main roads. Safe parking on site and nice view out of the window.

There wasn't anything close by, we had had a long drive and wanted to walk for a drink and food. We managed to get to a little restaurant about 10mins drive away, not ideal but only thing open. However, the hotel did have a machine for food and drinks and a microwave, we didn't notice these facilities until too late! I would stay again but take my own supplies!

A nice Motel with very good quality. I can recommend this place.

Room was clean

Couldn't check in. Staff told me they didn't received the reservation via Booking.com (although i've got via Booking.com an answer from them on my questions). Support to fix this very very poor. I had to phone them several times and each time they closed the phone during the conversation. It took 3 hours in the end to get another (more expensive) room. Staff promissed me that i would get a confirmation that i would not be double charged and only had to pay the fee of the initial room. Never got this confirmation though.

spacious room, clean and luxury feel.

the room was very warm and rooms can’t be opened for fresh air. couldn’t find any climate control or AC.

Too hot, no air-conditioned. So many mosquito and flies 😪

- Excellent facilities: new, modern and comfortable. Environment friendly. Decoration second to none. - More than excellent self check-in system. - Excellent free parking spaces: underground and above. - Good location, easy to reach.

- They do not have / do not facilitate electricity plug-in adaptor for connecting the electronics in case you come from another European country and had forgotten to bring one with you. You can purchase one by 20 EUR in a baumarkt approx. min away by car.

The room is very clean with modern and new forniture.

There is no reception, there is no room cleaning service and towel change. The rooms are noisy and the pillows very uncomfortable.
