We really enjoyed our stay in COS at the home. It was nice to have 3 bedrooms, 2 sitting areas, a kitchen, a washer/dryer, a grill, and a balcony with a beautiful view to the mountains. Everything was wonderful, and we enjoyed the location too. The beds were very comfortable, and we look forward to staying again in the future.

The house was clean and spacious. It was close to most attractions, and was in a quite neighborhood.

This property worked out perfectly for our group. All family including 3 couples and 1 child (23 months). We all had our own spaces and very comfortable communal areas. The location worked out really well for groceries, restaurants and central to all the tourist sites we went to.

Pictures of the place are very misleading. The home is a split level without central A/C the upper level has a couple [portable AC units that do not keep up with the heat of late summer. The lower level had only 1 portable a/c unit located in the Tv area. we could not cool down either bedroom in the lower level as the ac unit is ducted to the outside and non moveable. The furniture on the lower level is well worn and dirty. we did not use it. The BBQ was very crusted with old food and is located on the lower level cement patio, which is very inconvenient to the upstairs kitchen As for the kitchen, it was well appointed, but it is very tight and really is only functional for one person at a time. Over all, the home layout is not spacious as the pictures would lead one to believe. the outside photo appears to be taken many years ago as the view out the back is obscured by homes.

I stayed here with my parents and husband for our elopement at Garden of the Gods! Wei was very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. It was the perfect place for us and was conveniently located. Pictures can’t even do it justice!

It has everything you need for your stay, it is a very cozy and quiet place.

Nice place. Just make sure the air conditioning is turned on so it is cool when guest arrives. It took a long time to cool down because it only has a window unit and a couple of portable air conditioners.

The location was perfect within 15 to 20 minutes of everything the stores close by if we ever head back out to Colorado springs I would definitely rent this place again

This property is in a quiet, convenient location. It worked well for our party of six. We loved the view of the mountains from the upstairs living room. It was great to have the kitchen items and the spices. We enjoyed the games in the living room. We got rained out several times and it was nice to have something there to do. Checking in and out was fast and easy. We would stay here again.

The house was lovely and the location was great! A wonderful neighborhood!

This property has a lot going for it. Pros: The view and location were outstanding. The bed (master bedroom) was very comfortable. There was a good amount of space for our family, with three teens and one tween. The host was helpful and responsive. We appreciated that he hung a curtain between the master bedroom and bathroom to help with privacy, and he had someone bring blankets over when a bed in the chilly basement was missing one. Cons: Upon arrival, the inside of the house seemed more rundown than expected. Some paint touch ups and attention to peeling floor tiles and a broken drawer would make for a much better first impression. We also had a hard time figuring out the TV despite the instructions. Overall, the house was comfortable and a good value, and the host was pleasant to work with.

House was very spacious, great view of the mountain and close to things we wanted to see. Excellent communication with the owner!!! Neighborhood was nice and quiet.

We drove all over the state sight seeing and visiting friends. The house was perfect, everything you could need is there. Quiet, clean and convenient to everything.

We came for a long weekend with 3 teenagers. The house is in a great location, close to everything. The house was clean, had everything we needed and was exactly as described. Way was great to work with-flexible and responsive. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Wei responded promptly to messages, process was easy, home clean & comfortable. Beautiful view! 2 minutes from Starbucks. There are some stairs. No door between master bedroom & master bath. Other than that we loved everything!

This place was great. Loved the views and location. Wei was very responsive whenever I had a question. Some of the outdoor chairs need replaced and could use a few additional chairs on the balcony.

Great location to all the fun things in Colorado Springs. Spent time on several trails , Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. Evenings were spent at the house cooking dinners and spending time together as a family. Mornings were enjoyed on the back deck with a book and enjoying the beautiful view of the mountains.

The house was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very convenient to tourist attractions and to everyday necessities (grocery store, gas stations, convenience stores). The bed in the master bedroom was extremely comfortable and loved the ceiling fans in every room. Communication with the owner was very easy and they responded very quickly. Overall an excellent stay.

We had family of 7 - 2 couples, 2 single adults, 1 child. House was very clean. There was enough beds for all with the trundle pull out twin bed. Having 3 bathrooms was great. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook. The bathrooms all had hand soap and mini bottles of shampoo/conditioner/lotion. We were given 1 towel, wash rag, hand towel per guest so the washer/dryer came in handy. The upstairs king bedroom has an air conditioner and attached bathroom. One thing to note was the master bathroom did not have a door so we had to plan accordingly for people to use the shower/bedroom for privacy with our large group. Both living rooms had air conditioners. The downstairs 2 bedrooms did not have air, but did have fans. Our stay was in July so it did get pretty warm outside, but not miserable downstairs. The views from upstairs living and the deck off the kitchen was amazing. The patio furniture needs updated, but it was fine for our morning coffee. The patio set downstairs was in good shape, there is a grill but we didn’t use it. The house was close to food/grocery store. Easy to find, quiet dead end road. Check in was easy to get the key, communication with Wei was great. Typical checkout for homes- trash out, linen to laundry area, run dishwasher. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend anyone to this house.

Owners were responsive and accommodating of our early arrival. The home was well stocked for a lovely vacation. Great location!

Excellent location & plenty of room for more than the 4 adults in our family. We loved that our elderly parents could take the master bedroom on the main level with access to their own bathroom, the kitchen & living area. The kitchen was well-equipped, although we mainly used it just for breakfast. The upstairs living area is very comfortable with nice sectional & cable tv. A side note…there is a piano in the home! I don’t play myself, but I thought I would mention it since there may be families that would enjoy knowing that “extra” is included. There is an extra family room in the basement that would really come in handy if you were traveling with older children that would like their own hangout space. I have one small critique - the patio area off the kitchen has a gorgeous mountain view, but some comfortable, updated seating would really enhance that space & make it more inviting.
