Gated. Three floors plus rooftop. Quality furnishings feel like a condo model home. Living room / kitchen floor is spacious with ample seating. Older, largely renovated neighborhood with a Police station in the next block. Highly recommend.

We absolutely loved our stay! The lock was perfect to walk to The Pearl. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. And who doesn’t love coming right outside your door in the morning and grabbing a coffee from the local food truck! The condo was clean and exactly described! Modern cute and comfortable! We had our 2 teen daughters with us who loved having their own bathrooms. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed when we wanted to eat in. Can’t wait to come back again!

Everything was easy. The location was great as it was not far from a lot of great places like the Riverwalk, Pearl, and great restaurants (by car). The only downside to the location was the vacant buildings in the neighborhood, but again, we felt safe - just wasn't the best views. The beds were extremely comfortable, everything you could ask for in the unit, just perfect for 3 couples! We would absolutely stay here again.

Enjoyed my stay at this clean, beautiful property. It was well stocked and comfortable- especially the beds which were A+++! All of the stairs were a bit troublesome for those with bad knees, but not a surprise since it was 3-story! Very close to the Pearl and downtown SA. All in all good value for an excellent property.

The property was spotless. All of the fixtures were modern and worked well. The beds were super comfortable! We had six adults in our party, so we appreciated that every couple had a nice, private space to sleep in. The roof was a fun place to view some incoming thunderstorms and also watch the sun rise. Special thanks to Alyssa, who politely and promptly answered every question both before and during the trip. Probably the best VRBO I've every stayed in. You are a short walk from the Pearl shopping district, which was beautiful. Also a short walk from the River Walk (not the downtown River Walk area, but still beautiful trails along the water).

We had an amazing stay! Access and instructuons were timely and easy to understand, and the area was perfect. The townhome was amazing - perfectly outfitted for us with a kiddo, and lots of place for relaxation. Would definitely stay again!

The host has thought of everything, all amenities are covered. I can’t rave enough about the small touches that add to the overall stay. Host was quickly responsive to all questions /requests. Great Location!
Location, location, location! Our stay was very nice. There is a lot of Revitalization being done in that area, so at first we were a little nervous about the location due to the construction and buildings being torn down . But once we settled in and walked to the very close Pearl District we were very pleased with our location. We never heard construction noise. The Pearl has Beautiful walkways, excellent food, a great vibe! We walked to dinner from the condo in heels, so it is very close.
The 3 bedroom unit was nicely decorated, clean, and we were very grateful for the sparkling water and chips and salsa when we arrived. We also enjoyed coffee on the roof top space. The beds were comfy, but all 6 of us wished we had brought our own pillows.
Overall- it was a great experience and the property manager was very responsive and helpful!

Best 50th Birthday Staycation Ever

Perfect Tidy Townhome
Location is exactly what is described. Right smack in the middle of everything downtown has to offer. River walk, Pearl, shopping, eating, you name it. Alyssa was quick w response when asked. Several ways to communicate w her which was great. Property is very clean n tidy. They keep it in great shape. Decor and overall appeal to this home was fantastic. Will want to stay again whenever we’re back in San Antonio. We loved this property so much we actually stayed in most of our stay. Thank you guys for the hospitality.

Wonderful Rental for Families
My family and I highly recommend this property as a perfect base for exploring the city and the surrounding area. It was impeccably clean, spacious and thoughtfully designed to allow plenty of room for everyone to space out, beautifully and comfortably furnished, had all the amenities and odds-and-ends that you need for an extended stay (including complimentary coffee, Topo Chico, and chips/salsa), and was centrally-located to the Pearl and other popular places in the city. Management was friendly and diligent in contacting us periodically to ensure everything was going smoothly and to see if we needed anything. Overall, it was one of the best rental experiences we’ve had, and we were so glad to have such a fantastic place to return to after a long day of sightseeing. Thanks!
