Bathroom facilities were inadequate.
Kitchen appliances were not operational.
Host was not interested to respond to our dissatisfaction and did nothing to make our stay comfortable.

Spacious rooms, good size kitchen and downstairs bathroom. Good size parking area. Good outdoor seating area.
Missing tv remote for main room. 2 lights didn't work in the living room making it quite dark. Upstairs bathroom door quite awkward to open and close. Exterior could do with a fresh paint.

Perfect location - not too far of the way from the City Centre, a 10 minute (£8) Taxi journey. Taxi's / transport easy to get a hold of. Very Clean property and had everything you needed. Very comfy rooms, living and kitchen area well equip and relaxing. Bathrooms very nice. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

there were only 3 mugs for tea and coffee no cups at all
knobs on cooker rubbed off unreadable so hard to work out oven
rooms locked on arrival even though we booked whole house

Fantastic location ample parking for our 3 cars. Staff amazing. Very clean and comfortable felt like a home from home
The check out time was a tad early

Loved the big spacious rooms and well decorated. Amazing location as it was only a short drive to centre. Great for bigger groups and provided all the little things needed
Wish the bathrooms and living room floor was abit cleaner. Also was one light bulb hanging out of ceiling
