We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this adorable condo, while touring colleges in South FL for a few days. The beach decor was so welcoming and our favorite spot was the backyard seating area along the canal. The owners responded quickly to our questions. We were close to the beach and a number of delicious places to eat. We all agreed we would love to visit again in the future!

The location was easy to find and convenient. Very spacious and clean. The beds were dreamy comfortable. Love that we were able to stay even though we were only in town for one night.

Great communication with our host! Thanks The listing and pictures are accurate and the patio is lovely for sipping your beverage of choice. The kitchen is on the small side but adequate and we were able to prepare many meals. The location is great for walking to the beach or into town or zipping into Fort Lauderdale.

Owners were very responsive even on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day! Place is clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Outdoor area overlooking canal is better than the pictures. Note that the coffee machine is one that takes pods so shop accordingly. We had no trouble with the pipes but apparently they are sensitive so single ply TP is provided. We suggest they improve the lighting in the living and dining area. It's so dim we gave up caroling because we couldn't see our song books. Just a block from the beach. Short distance to the cruise port. I will stay here again.

This is a very nice condo. Clean, nicely decorated,stocked, and comfortable. We got in late, so we especially appreciated the bottled water and coffee that was there. It’s about a 5 minute walk to the beach

Overall good value for price. Location to beach was great, a block away. Getting around to restaurants beside stingers requires a bit of walking or by bus or having a car. Quiet neighbourhood. Peaceful being able to sit outside at the back by the waterway. Host was quick to reply to questions.

Great property. Lots of fun fishing off dock. Only minor problems. Rattling front bedroom window woke up 2 nights. Front bathroom tub doesn't drain. Could use more forks.

My family and I really enjoyed our short but sweet stay at the waterfront condo. So clean, safe, and the neighborhood was very quiet. Short distance to the beach which is exactly what we were looking for, without paying a fortune to stay directly on the beach. The intracoastal access is a bonus feature. Great location!

We spent three days here and couldn’t be happier. The house has a great layout and was SUPER clean. The canal out back was the perfect spot for reading and relaxing. A short walk to the beach and there are loads of chairs and a pull cart are in the closet! The kitchen is super tiny but not a problem for us at all. Highly recommend staying here. Neighbor is quiet and safe.

My partner and I stayed at this VRBO when we were in town visiting family. It was a great location and space. We really enjoyed our stay.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The layout is very nice. It has basically 2 master suites and a large living / dining area. The kitchen was small but more than sufficient. The beds were so comfortable! The living room has a pull out couch which was nice for when someone wanted their own space. The screened in porch and deck were amazing! We loved sitting out there at anytime of the day. We did have neighbors directly next to us but they were extremely pleasant. The unit was very clean and well decorated. We were close to the beach and many good restaurants. We had a last minute change, and the owner was very accommodating. We have been going to Pompano for over 40 years and we will be back to this rental! Thank you!

Need a cute place to stay in Pompano Beach? This is your place! We loved our stay here! What you see in the pics is exactly what you get. Clean, comfortable, the kitchen has everything to cook with. Beach toys, chairs and towels all available. We loved the little covered back veranda and access to the area on the canal. This is super close to the beach too! Maybe 10 minutes tops to walk, and the beach isn’t overly crowded. Pier close by with great food and shops! The owners were very responsive to needs and the process to check in and out was easy. This is a very nice property—spacious, clean, nicely decorated, good beds, kitchen, and bathrooms. It’s like staying in someone’s home, rather than just a rental. The property is nicely landscaped with greenery, giving privacy, and is in a quiet, upscale, low rise neighborhood. The deck overlooking the canal is really nice with attractive views and the opportunity to see a bit of the intercoastal. The screened-in porch is a plus—can sit outside in the evening with no fear of mosquitos! The beach access from the property is 3-4 blocks away, not 1 block as listed. It’s the equivalent of 2 blocks over to A1A, then south a block on A1A to the beach access street, and then another block over to the beach entrance from A1A. Most of the properties on A1A block access to the beach, which requires going down to the beach access street. There are reasonably priced rentals of umbrellas, lounges, and cabanas on daily, 3-day, or weekly basis on the beach for those who don’t want to carry beach equipment the distance from property to beach.

Furnishings were adequate and beds were comfortable. Definitely better than a similarly priced hotel. Enjoyed sitting out back next to the canal in the mornings with coffee.

Great condo and overall stay! Searched high and low for dirty areas (uncleanliness is a pet peeve of mine!) and this condo passed the test! The property manager Marilyn was very responsive. My husband and I loved the Pompano Beach area as well. Very close to the beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Our only recommendations would be to replace the vertical blinds in the living room and master bedroom for better privacy at night as several individual blinds were missing (perhaps replace with large pull down shades?) and improve Wi-Fi connectivity in other areas of the condo besides the living/dining room area.

Needs a little maintenance in the bathroom shower head. Place was comfortable, beautiful view. Bathrooms are small

The ease of renting the property and communication was great.

Arrival and checkin was so easy! The house was very clean, loved the scent of the air freshener, very comfortable for our group. We felt like we were home. Games are available to entertain everyone.
