The house was cozy and inviting with a beachy feel to it. It was well equipped and extremely clean. I absolutely loved the view of the canal and enjoyed my morning coffee on the swing. I would love to stay here again!!

Location is quiet And that’s about it.
This place was filthy dirty, Don’t even think about walking around barefoot, Hair on all the sheets and towels, like they don’t even change them. Several towels had stains, I went to use one of them that was black for makeup, had white stuff all over it when I went to use it. TVs barely work Due to the wrong remotes And dead batteries. The cabinets are SO sticky, The granite counter is literally broken right by the kitchen sink with big chunk just sitting in it, which could really cause an injury. The back door has the threshold sticking up just waiting for someone to get hurt. The other back door, the whole door knob fell off. Master bedroom has the worst bed, no window whatsoever so it feels like you’re in a dungeon. Air conditioning works, but makes the loudest noises clanking And gurgling.
Needs updating horribly bad, and the updates that were ever done are definitely not professionally done, lots of paint where it doesn’t belong horrible cuts right in the middle of the trim, Old crappy Goodwill store furniture.
And TO management, don’t reply saying you’ll address these issues… I read every review and every complaint and you’ve never addressed a single thing anyone has said, and the place is still absolutely dirty and nothing is fixed.
Those pictures you see are deceiving and I wish I could post the real pictures of what this place actually looks like. I took several pictures of everything and I really wish I could post them!

We had a great vacation here! We felt welcomed upon arrival. The host provided some water and coffee to get us started. Very nice! We were close to many restaurants and the beach…very walkable. The house was as advertised and comfortable, the view was relaxing on the canal, and the neighborhood was quiet. We appreciated the beach towels and chairs that were provided by the host. We enjoyed our stay and would come back here if in the area again!

My Family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hosts were quick to respond to any question I posed. The condo is conveniently located and looks exactly as pictured. The privacy and coziness of the property make it a far better option than a hotel. There was sufficient parking and little to no noise from surrounding neighbors. I quite enjoyed the view from the waterfront each day as I had my morning coffee. The entire process was hassle-free. One extra nice touch was the packaged toothbrushes and paste provided for guests in case they forgot their own. If in the area in the future when the condo is available, I would request this one again. And, recommend to my Family and Friends.

Hello Marilyn, I would never put a public review but I want to let you know that we were disappointed with the condition overall at the condo.
First, I understand that there is supposed to be safety bars in showers. That was a little dangerous. One shower & curtain was pretty clean. The other shower was not clean & the tile needs cleaning. The the indoor furniture is ok but the one chair especially needs to be cleaned. The one outdoor lounge chair is sunken completely in with huge chunks of dog hair on it. Also, the back door on the outside is black with dirt. It all needs a good cleaning. The Keurig is a one person machine. Definitely not meant for 4-6 people. It’s the cheapest model & takes almost 5 minutes between cups. Therefore, you’re waiting 20 minutes for a cup of coffee. I’ve stayed in Vrbo’s before & all’ offered little niceties in the kitchen etc & all were very clean. So we were disappointed at the conditions. No batteries in the remote for the kitchen light/fan. All the utensils a bit tacky.

The location is very quaint and welcoming.

My only issue was the bathroom which didn’t have
An area to place soap dish in both master bedroom and main bath area. The main bathroom also didn’t have a glass door to prevent water from getting all over the floor which is a big deal for me with a child.
All in all we would recommend this place if above isn’t a concern.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay, we loved how the house was so close to the beach. Probably a five minute walk to the beach so nice. Also the place was close to restaurants and shops which was very convenient. Overall very enjoyable stay the place was very clean pictures in the description are what you will find in person. Would definitely stay there again!

Overall the experience was good. House was clean and ready for check in.
Some improvements that could be made:
New grill - existing grill was usable but had rusted grates
Roof leak - during a storm the roof had a small leak. Didn’t impact our stay but something that needs to be fixed

Great place for us. 2 couples, 63+. We stayed at this location for a week. We made breakfast and grilled dinner. This rental had everything you needed in the kitchen. Several places you can walk to within blocks. Convenience store, pizza, shopping and beach a few blocks. We rented a golf cart for a few days and then used the Circuit app to call the free transportation around Pompano beach. We enjoyed the patio by the canal and you could watch the boats. We would definitely use this rental again! Great response from property manager!

This was a wonderful holiday home with a charming outdoor area. The neighborhood is ideal for walking and the beach is not far at all. The host provides beach chairs and towels as well as a cart to pull beach supplies. The couple of things that came up during our 6 weeks were managed very quickly as Marilyn or Boris were always responsive to our questions and needs. Hard to find a better place in Pompano!

Nice location. Furniture probably bought from pawn shop. The roof is leaking in one bedroom and the kitchen. The garden is a mess. Also the wooden old outside furniture. Four TVs! One was working. Two parking lots. One is occupied by all the trash cans and directly under palm trees with a lot of falling coconuts!
With a little money and work would this apartment be nice again!!!

We loved our stay! Nice and clean unit. Within walking distance to many restaurants, shopping and beach. Great response from owners on any questions I had and they even recommended a place to eat...Briney Pub!! Great food and bar/pub atmosphere. Would recommend this rental for sure!

The garden furniture was rotten, it was very old and all made of poor quality wood, the swing was so rotten we could not use it. VRBO shows it as sparkling new plastic wicker table, chairs and parasol.
It rained two days and water was coming through the roof into the kitchen, terribly slippery. The kitchen is old dirty and dark, the lighting is from old remotely controlled ceiling fans. We had hall lights flickering and one light above the TV flashing on and off.
The rugs were filthy as was most things when you took a close look.
It is the worst stay we have had with VRBO.
The VRBO website shows 42 reviews, 40 are 5 star, absolutely impossible unless people are being very kind.
It is on a canal which faces north, so very little sun, no boats passing and looking directly into condos opposite. No privacy at all. Plus it cost over 400 dollars per night all in...... Nearly everything was different in a poor way to the advertised unit.

The beach house was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation. It was right on the intracoastal so you could wake up and sit by the water, and the beach was only a few blocks away - definitely in walking distance. The house was clean and easy to get to, and it was in a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a fabulous stay. The condo looked just like the listing with all the amenities listed. We loved our patio on the intercostal and the beautiful bedrooms & bathrooms. The wagon for the beach was fabulous. Thanks so much for everything. Will definitely book here again as well as recommend.
