Quant and clean, 2 or so blocks from the beach. We enjoyed watching the parade of great boats float right by the back dock and pool area - made for hours of fun.

There was a lack of detail, for example out of 3 bulbs above the bathroom mirrors one had 1 working and the other 2 and the pool was not cleaned the week we were there.and was dirty on arrival. Also the garden furniture was nothing like the photograph.

We very much enjoyed our time at this condo. It is located a couple blocks from easy beach access, had good beach chairs and a wagon for transport and when we were done at the beach we enjoyed sitting by the small pool and intercoastal water watching the boats go by. Highly recommend - all interactions with the host were also excellent. thanks!

We stayed one week at this attractive property. It’s location was very convenient to Publix and Whole Foods, as well as a shared pedestrian walk adjacent to the beach. The property faced the inter coastal. The very small pool was good for “dipping” and many guests just cooled off by just standing in it conversing with other guests. We stayed in a two bedroom, two bath apartment that was attractive though cluttered. There were tchotch-kes throughout the apartment on almost every flat surface. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen supplies were adequate but 3 cups and minimum dishes were not. As other reviewers have noted it is best to be prepared to purchase paper goods if staying longer than a week. Also salt and pepper, soap, detergents, etc. The area is quiet and conducive to walking. We were fortunate to share our stay with couples from various parts of the US who were good neighbors and easy company. Overall, this rental is very good for a week’s stay.

Needs to be more on top of cleaning outside and things inside need to be checked before guests arrive. But our property manager was on top of things when we called or message her. Thanks

Visited with friends. Great place - clean, close to the beach and walkable restaurants. Good communication with owners. Pool is shared with other residents staying in nearby property, but they were kind and we never felt like we were intruding on each others’s space. Thanks for the stay!

We had an amazing time at this property! Accomodations were fantastic and we were able to walk almost anywhere we wanted to go. I wasn't sure what was provided, seems like each VRBO is a bit different.... Provided: Pool/beach towels, kitchen pots/pans/flatware,etc., Toilet paper and shower/bath towels. Not provided: cleaning supplies of any kind. Stop by Publix for any general cleaner, dish detergent, Laundry detergent, trash bags etc. Check in and check out were superb and easy, directions to the property, communication, everything was spot on and I was so sad to leave. Thanks for a wonderful and relaxing break from our chaotic 'regular' life!

Clean, easy and fun from beginning to end.

The property was exactly as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. Short walk to the beach. We really enjoyed our time!

This property is amazing! Beautiful outdoor space, very comfortable and relaxing! 5 minute drive to Pompano Beach…will certainly come back!

Loved our stay at this property. Watched the boats go by on the canal. Easy walk to the beach! Clean and quite convenient.

I really enjoyed my stay at this place. It was on my departure day in the early morning that I messaged the property manager that I had an emergency situation with my ailing mom and would be late checking out. I apologized for it. Marilyn didn't care and only wanted us out as soon as possible. She called me and I further explained the situation while I was finishing up packing. I couldn't exit fast enough for her and she came to the condo yelling and stating we had too much stuff such as travel bags and making other threats. She stated adding a late check out fee to future reservations which I am fine with paying. I also let the maid come in to start cleaning.Her behavior is what is unacceptable and very unprofessional. Other than this, it is a nice place to stay.

Me and my friends spend a very nice week vacation to this property this January 2021. We got lucky to book unit 1 that has 2 bedrooms. One bedroom has the window opening to the pool and laguna. I loved it! The location is perfect! You can walk to the beach and to the near restaurants where you can enjoy nice atmosphere, the view to the laguna and very good food. We had some inquiry during our stay and the owner answer very quickly. We could use the pool even was January and the weather was not all the time between 70 / 80. I belive in the morning the pool is heated cause it deed seemed warmer. I really recommend this place. Loved it!

She helped out with a booking issue with our dates and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our stay. You can’t go wrong with the location only a 5 minute walk to the beach , restaurants, a brewery and close to the grocery store. This unit has everything you need to check in and begin enjoying your vacation!!

Two of us visited for a week of scuba diving. Location is fantastic-walk to beach, restaurants and dive boats. We had a great time lounging by the pool at the end of the day watching the boats go by on the Intracoastal.
