The location was great and easy to go to places from the unit. We parked on the street without issue, but remember to pay the meter! The only thing i wish was in the kitchen were dish towels and pot holders.

Everything was great we parked on the side of the street for $3 an hr so that we can come go as we please

We stayed Thursday-Monday. This was a nice hotel room on Thursday night. Friday night there was beating and yelling in the hallway and we believe the guy was mustered around the corner. From there is smelled like weed and or incense all the time. Parking wasn’t great but we did park on the street and felt safe with the car parked n the street overnight. There may have been “Parking lot” around the corner for $25 but not sure if it was safe. Overall we gave it a three due to the cleanliness of the room. From there everything was seamless. We would stay here next time if we were assured the property had a weed guard on duty. And to those thinking I’m a weed hater. Do what you want where you want just respect other people’s request. A indoor hotel isn’t a place for it.

Wonderful property! Walk to Convention Center for Basketball Tournament! Clean, roomy, modern. Beds were low and a bit soft couch needs to be replaced - seems old. More seating would be great. Pool was advertised but 12 blocks away…. More kitchen dishes etc would have been helpful. Would recommend!

The folks at Roami made sure everything was ready for our stay. It was within walking distance to almost everything we wanted to see and do. I would stay there again.

The location is perfect. Easy access to the French quarters and bourbon st. All within walking distance. It was totally worth it.

My friends and I came here for my birthday celebration. We throughly enjoyed our stay! It was clean, big enough for the four of us to all be comfortable, and we were close to the heart of New Orleans. When we needed extra towels, we did have to wait a bit since housekeeping wasn’t always around. But outside of that, we loved it and we would definitely return.

The property was very nice and the location was perfect for the Convention we were attending. The only issue we encountered was a shortage of bath towels - plenty of hand towels and wash rags, but no bath towels. We had to use hand towels, which was not ideal.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The sextant employees were very approachable and quick to respond. If I had one suggestion it would be to have more parking spots available.

The price was decent and we’re comfortable and NOLA fun was pretty much outside the front door.

The best stay ever my favorite stay out of all my trips to New Orleans.

The location was perfect not too far from Bourbon Street. The apartment was cleaned and had everything. Just be careful when closing your apartment door it sometimes did not close all the way. The 24/7 customer service was great as well.

The property is exactly as advertised and very spacious. Very good communication with hosts who addressed needs very quickly. Only thing that probably needs to improve is parking.
